Cannot speak more highly of the staff - truly great customer service.

We just replaced our old ePos with Tillpoint and won't be looking back!!

It does the sales and the accounting and the staff timesheet + payroll. Amazing system and I still can't believe it works on an ipad!

Tillpoint is the system I've been searching for a long time. Very flexible, reliable and easy to use. I have five flower shops and two warehouses, all are connected now and everything works smoothly.

Very helpful team with lots of industry experience and expertise. The pos is great and has lots of features that were all included in the monthly cost.

Tillpoint has been very helpful providing us with a system we always wanted. We have a bit complex business and we were using different software before to control inventory, accounting and orders, after switching to Tillpoint everything is in one place and works very well. Highly recommended.

I am absolutely pleased to say that my experience using Tillpoint has thus far been fantastic.

They provided us with genuine and professional support from the start in choosing the solution for our Restaurant chain Albertos.

They answered all our questions, proposed options, arranged a live demo and helped us through the whole purchase process and setting up the software. Following the relatively quick install they continued the excellent support whenever we had a question. I would say after two weeks everything settled down and all the staff love the system.

It has helped our operation significantly automating many manual tasks and reducing time wasting and errors. The most useful parts of the application have been the guest list, table reservations, inventory, customer, staff and POS modules. Everyone in the business on the floor (servers) to our management have a clear efficient easy system to control everything.

In summary I would say the market is full of POS systems but we heavily researched before choosing and overall we decided with Tillpoint for its features, interface and reasonable price, luckily we found the sales and support excellent too so that was a bonus.

I would definitely recommend them and you will not loose anything, we initially downloaded free form the App Store for 30 days although we decided after about 2 weeks of the trial. We had access to all the features which was great because it gave us a great idea of the capabilities.

I started using Tillpoint about a month ago after my previous point of sale contract expired (and I was very unhappy with the support I received from them!). Ben from the service team got everything sorted for me in terms of the inventory and product modifiers. Nothing but good things to say about Tillpoint :)

So many options! I haven’t seen such a system on the iPad before. It is very complete if you look at other POS’s. Great work tillpoint!

Cracking bit of kit & does absolutely everything! I use the till point for a little burger restaurant in West London and it's saving me quite a bit of money compared to my last till system!

Solved issues my shop was having and is cheap compared to others.

I have been using TillPoint in my speciality Coffee Shop in Southampton for a few months now and I can only say good things. It is a feature rich and complete software that has exceeded my expectations, it is by far the most complete EPOS software that I have used and it has enormously assisted me in providing better services to my clients.

The customer service that I have received so far has been professional and been provided in a timely manner.

I have a coffee shop in London and using Tillpoint for couple of months. Very happy with the system and iZettle payment. I was reading the other comments and found out Tillpoint add more feature and report per request. I need a report to see the average break time of my staff, do you think you can provide this?

I have a farm business consists of a supermarket, a restaurant, and six farm kiosks. The business is a bit complex as we have different items at different time of the week. I've been using Tillpoint for around four months and it fits very well in my business. Tillpoint staff specially Ben has been very helpful, visited us several times and helped us a lot setting everything up and get the most out of the system. We have other accounting and inventory management systems as well but almost everything is being controlled by Tillpoint at the moment and no need of them anymore. Tillpoint technical team specially Sam was very helpful and added three very useful reports for us which help us understand the business much better.
