Ordered till rolls under next day delivery, nothing received after a week, I have rang and left messages, emailed them and also messaged them via their website and no communication whatsoever. Still no items so I have now opened a dispute with the bank.

This company is great when everything goes to plan but the minute you need to contact them there is no hope of getting hold of them.
They are a one man band so can't respond quickly to queries or resolve them. Over the three years I've been dealing with them I've had 2 issues and it's a nightmare and makes any cost saving pointless. I will stop dealing with them in future.

Great customer service and aftercare. Goods arrived ontime as stated in delivery terms. Great product at an even greater price

Ordered till rolls on 13 March 2022 from website. It is now 9 April and it has not been delivered. Telephone number (03335779822) on the website is fake. Mobile number found on Facebook (07780497485) also fake. Emailed three days ago and a guy called "Russell" said he would look into it but no reply since despite countless emails. Absolute scam. Will be going to the bank to get the money back.

Seems the website isn't working so I guess I got to go to the bank to see if I can get my money back :(

Taking legal action against them as they did not deliver my order. Also did not issue my refund. Not recommended. I asked them give my refund else need to take legal action. They said go ahead.

I ordered till rolls for this firm 8 weeks ago, supposed to be next day delivery but under present covid situation i was happy to wait a few days longer. after a few days i emailed twice, no reply, wrote letter twice, no reply. I phoned twice and was told he would look into it and send out again ?. In the end I contacted my bank and asked for help, I said it was only £21 and the young lady said every penny counts and this should not happen. I looked at my statement today and my money has been put back into my account by my bank. So, any one thinking of using Till Rolls Global beware. Taking money under false pretences is theft so don't deal with thieves. I purchased some till rolls from another company who delivered the next day and informed me of progress and delivery time, they were a little dearer but worth every penny.

Bunch of fannies. Ordered and paid for till rolls on website. No order confirmation or anything. No till rolls showed up. Messaged website - no reply. Emailed - no reply. Phoned and the guy said phone back in 5 minutes. So I did that and he never answered the phone - went to mobile phone voicemail. So I picked up the phone and called American Express. I told them I want my money back and to charge back this two-bit excuse of a company. So when you find yourself in the same situation make sure you contact your card issuer and tell them you never received the goods and want to dispute the transaction. Not only will you get your money back but this conning muppet will eventually be blacklisted from merchant services providers so he can't take card payments any more.

Bought from this shop on the 28Feb21. Two months, still haven't recieve my order. Email them load of times, no replied. Call them 1st time, told me the company don't delivery to my place, said he can arrange a delivery but i have to paid extra for shipping. Paid the shipping cost, still not recieve the order. Call them again, told me he will go find out the situation, never call me back. And not replied any email or answer the phone afterward. BE AWEAR...! DO NOT ORDER from them, Scam Company, I would say, through my experience with them. Very sad to see ppl have to scam to live their life.

Bought rolls on 17 nov.
Spoke to a Russell who said would be with me in 2 days nothing . Must have rang about 50 times the number on website. No one picks the phone up. Was on phone to Barclaycard cancelling the transaction And tried on another line he picked up I said I’m cancelling the transaction gave him order number said he’s ring me back in 2 mins he didn’t ring back. Absolute cowboy Company. You won’t receive rolls as I didn’t and had to cancel the transaction again. Please beware

Still have not received my till rolls after 3 weeks. Can’t tell be where they are and how long they will take. Poor customer service. Dealt with in the past no real problems.

original order did not arrive, telephoned and was told that they would investigate and call me back, no call back received. Called again and was told that order would be despatched the next day. Invoice received by e mail did not comply with VAT requirements which allows VAT registered business to claim the VAT back I.e. did not include a VAT registration number unique invoice number. Till Rolls Global assure me that they are VAT registered but despite many calls and e mails they have not supplied a VAT invoice - not convinced they are, in which case should not be adding VAT to orders. HMRC say that if you suspect someone is charging VAT and not paying it to the revenue you must report it otherwise you may be liable to pay it yourself. Overall shopping experience not good.
