The whole purchase from visiting their store in Brentwood to the installation of our door was great - totally seamless, efficient and everyone we dealt with was really friendly. The sales team were very knowledgeable and were very responsive. The guys that fitted our door, Glyn and Tony were brilliant. They really know their stuff, arrived on time, worked efficiently, quickly, and cleanly and they fitted it much quicker than we expected. Two really nice guys.

Excellent service yet again from Timber Windows. I had three upstairs windows to be fitted. Glynn and Tony very carefully removed the old sashes with minimum mess and fuss (probably helped by the fact that even though the windows were 20 years old they did come out quite easily). Minimum damage to the plasterwork and all done in just under a day. Very clean and tidy fitters - would happily recommend!
