Incredibly bad customer service
Customer service did apparently not change over the years. I tried to get in contact with timbuk2europe via email, but either no reply or the emails on the terms & conditions are not working at all.
My fault to order the wrong size and not investigating about the return policy in advance - buyer has to pay the international return fees - but the whole return process is basically a mess. Wrong instructions under "returns", you have to look into the nitty-gritty details somewhere under terms&conditions.
For my: Never again timbuk2bags.eu (even though timbuk2 makes incredibly nice bags, but I'll buy them somewhere else)
