I tried to reach out and discuss your comments, as I pride myself in patient centred care, so providing options for patients, then discussing the options in detail and then my patients can decide which way to proceed. I certainly try my best not to be a pushy salesman, as I believe in positive patient care and doing the best for my patients, so I am very sorry you felt like this at the time. I will certainly be reviewing how I discuss things and ensure you or any other patients do not feel this way.
Regarding follow ups, I feel it is important to see my patients regularly to see how they are doing following their treatments, and whether I can help in any other ways. I believe this to be a good thing as it is complimentary time for patients to ask any questions they may have, and to confirm things are all working well for them. Of course they are all optional, and only if a patient would like to come back in.
Once again, I am sorry you felt this way, and am more than happy to discuss this anytime, and once again thank you for raising this as it allows me to improve my patient care.
Botox
Came in for a consultation for Botox and ended up having the treatment there and then! I felt at ease and was very comfortable. Very informative and thorough. The treatment itself was quick, surprisingly pain free and comfortable.
Would highly recommend Dr Bawa for his extensive knowledge and expertise in aesthetics.

Great doctor and experience
Dr Bawa Skin and Facial Aesthetics is very good. He’s a very good doctor and very polite. His facial aesthetics made my face look a little younger and more refreshing. As a doctor he really explains in detail any improvements you need for your face and he also gives a personal plans on how I can look better. I like this very much about him. I only just wish the prices were a little more affordable for myself. As it showed one price on Instagram but was a different price up front. But nonetheless, really good doctor to go to and highly recommended.

Dr Bawa did an excellent job
Dr Bawa did an excellent job. He took the time to discuss what I wanted, come up with recommendations and go through the risks. He was reassuring throughout the procedure and took his time to make sure he achieved the best results possible. Fire and Ice Facial
Absolutely delighted with the results of the Fire and Ice facial. My skin was glowing for days afterwards and was the best it had looked in years. Dr Bawa did a thorough consultation beforehand and talked me through each step in detail. Highly recommend Dr Bawa!

A Confidence Boost
My husband accompanied me for my treatment as I was having dermo fillers. At age 51 my jaw line was beginning to sag and deeper lines were beginning to show either side of my mouth.
The results were instant and astonishing as he’d not only given me back beautiful cheek bones as I’d once remembered them back in my twenties but the most lovely chin and jawline which look so natural and not overdone.
I would highly recommend Dr Bawa to anyone in need of cosmetic enhancements as he’s not only a fully qualified medic who really understands the body inside and out but also very good at what he does. It’s very refreshing to find someone so honest and genuine these days - a truly nice man.
I will definitely be back for more treatments in the future!

My face looked younger and fresher straight away
I had facial fillers today with Dr Bawa. I first started discussing my treatment options with Dr Bawa a few weeks back at a very thorough consultation. Dr Bawa was very professional, caring and understanding of my concerns. In regards to the treatment it’s self, I had actually been putting it off as I was worried it was going to hurt. I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Dr Bawa is so gentle that all I felt was the odd scratch. What made the appointment for me was Dr Bawa’s caring approach, he talked me through what he was doing in a nice caring tone and checked repeatedly that I was okay throughout my treatment. Also knowing that Dr Bawa has a medical background and is also a GP also made me feel like I was in safe hands. I am so happy with the end result, my face looked younger and fresher straight away.
A lovely man, a perfectionist and a gentleman all in one :)

From the moment you book your appointment , you are treated as an individual . Dr Bawa provides a first class service . I have had treatment before from elsewhere and felt like I was on a conveyer belt . But from the minute I stepped into Dr Bawa office I knew this time was different . He takes his time with you, putting your mind at ease throughout consultation and treatment . He explains options available and the procedure . He uses high end products which result in the perfect result. He also provides a fantastic aftercare service .
