Do not order from here, they do not stand by their product. Its poorly made and my order pocket is falling off and never worn

My husband bought me a hoodie from them in a men's small. I received it and it is quite small for a men's small. I have purchased other hoodies in Men's Small and have never had any issues with fitting properly. This one is extremely small. I contacted them for a refund and finally after 4 emails to them, I received one today, and it states that the correct size was ordered and the correct one was sent!! Obviously, their sizes sun small and not "true to size"!!!So, they will not accept a return or issue a refund!!So I am out $54 with something I cannot use!!

I ordered a buick regal hoodie. The quality is extremely poor. Can you say iron on everything? The fit is just uncomfortable as it feels longer in the front than the back. Not to mention it has 2 yellow strings that hang from center pocket, what they are for? Beats me. Will never order from here again and you shouldnt either

I received my order of 12 out of 17 hoodies, and when I emailed the company, they said it wasn't on them since the delivery company picked them up. After looking at the product, I was unhappy with the quality and requested a return. They emailed back that nothing was wrong with the product and refused to return them but offered me half price on my next order. They have no customer service; you are stuck with what you get once you buy something.

Horrible customer service. Takes forever to return email. After buying cheaply made jacket that was expensive and too small, their solution was for me to buy another jacket at 50 percent off. Not a good solution. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a pair of high top tennis shoes (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) from this company it took forever to get them
Well today I finally opened up the order after going to Jacksonville Fl on this past weekend where I had them sent The package still not opened we just got home today and I opened the package and when I opened there are no markings on the shoes but when I ordered it said Nike is the reason I ordered them
There is no indication who made the shoe and the sizing was just stamped inside on the heel (45) which in US 11.5 I ordered an 11 but the issue here is it’s just a generic shoe that has hand stamped logos and words on it ! I tried to cancel this order back in January but they told me I couldn’t because it had shipped already I even paid the express shipment fee to get in time for his birthday and it still didn’t get here in time so I’m out $110,00 so I just put it on marketplace to see if I can’t recover some of my money ! But beware of ordering from this company in Japan but advertised as a US distribution ! Very sad ! The date was approx after my son’s birthday anyway !!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I OREDERD A 49ERS JACKET BACK IN DECEMBER. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE ITEM IN JANUARY. IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THEIR WEBSITE. ONLINE IT SHOWS A LETTERMAN JACKET MADE FROM COTTON. THE ITEM WAS CHEAPLY MADE, VERY THIN AND STRETCHY. THIS JACKET WAS FOR MY BOYFRIEND HE ALSO WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE JACKET. ALSO IT SHOWS PATCHES ON THE SLEEVE ONLINE BUT WHEN I GOT THE ITEM IT SHOWED AS PRINTED ON DESIGNS. I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND THE SAME DAY, NO RESPONSE UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND PHOTOS OF THE ITEM AND GET BACK TO ME. A FEW DAYS LATER NO RESPONSE. I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH MY CARD COMPANY. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL HOW I AM BEING IGNORED.

Ever since I placed the order I have written a few emails one address got return as undeliverable I am. Ending this order to be cancelled and have tried to cancel it since ordering ! I went to a support line and was talking by texting regarding my situation and they were transferring to another “expert” and then it just vanished ! I’m calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute the charge ! I have never gotten any email stating what status the order since Dec 30,2023!

I ordered a pair of Air Jordans Cincinnati Bengals for my sons birthday and Notre Dame crocs for my dads birthday and I LOVE them! Material is good and they look so good!! I ordered them on Christmas Day and the crocs got here on the 6th and Jordan’s got here today (the 8th) so in my opinion good timely manner considering the holidays. The Jordan’s are also custom made with my sons name on them!

I purchased a sweatshirt for Christmas for my husband. One, it was very late (didn't arrive by Christmas when it was supposed to). Two, the company outsources from China. I was lead to believe I was supporting a company within the US. Three, the product was not at all what we anticipated. It was all screen printed and appears very cheaply made. The material feels cheap and appears shiny and the color was off. I will never purchase from this company again. And there was nothing the company would do with our dissatisfaction. $55 for a very cheap looking sweatshirt
