A good decision

No hard sell and gave me time to make up my mind at my own pace. Provided a good range of possible PAs, their pen portraits and facilitated online interviews. I was confident with my choice and 3 months in am glad I made the change to a virtual PA with Time Etc.

Highly recommended not becuse there have been no problems but because they quickly solved them

Working with Time has been an experiment and I’m thrilled that so far it’s a successful one. Having a virtual fractional assistant is new to me and requires a learning curve, but I am very happy to say it’s working out wonderfully. Here is what I admire about Time Etc. At the very beginning the experience was not great, and the initial person assigned to help us find someone was not working out. I spoke to their management team and immediately they corrected the situation . And it’s been smooth sailing since. It’s easy to work with a company when it’s all going well, but when it doesn’t for a short time is the test of whether that company is a solid one. So I can highly recommend Time Etc not because its been brilliant since day one, but because it wasn’t, but they worked to make the relationship work successfully.

Amazing Wedding Planner

My assistant was heaven-sent. My organization was dealing with mass layoffs, and I decided to have my wedding in 5-6 months. I hired a planner who was of minimal assistance. Ashley is really the person who made it come alive. Helping me with everything from bridesmaid dresses, decor, creative decisions, vendors and everything in between. A lot of mistakes would've been made on materials (e.g wood vs silk) had it not been for Ashley. Couldn't have done without her. She's prompt, dedicated, and always follows up. She helped me stay in budget and make my dream wedding a reality. She has the best attitude and you will be extremely satisfied working with her
