Evening. I am very surprised that my order comes through so quickly. I chose to give Time Health a try with their supplements,because they have no bulking agents etc,like other supplements on the market.

I have found the customer service to be less than generous.
Many companies offer refund or show concern if there are problems with the products.
But I've had two problems and on both occasions they seem to evade helping and would certainly never give a refund, advice or show concern no matter what went wrong. So I no longer trust them. In my opinion, it is a cop- out to refer us to very expensive practitioners rather than respond to a problem with a supplement. I've never had side effects from supplements of this nature before but I imagined that they would be at least willing to give a response or explanation or an alternative product, or deal with it directly rather than just expect me to pay for expensive practitioners. When i wanted to know why a product had so easily degraded in condition and became unusable I was also fobbed off. It just didn't convey any care for the customer experience.

My order number #65977TH and was approx £250 of supplements from the black friday sale. I ordered from time health in the past several times, altogether spent over £600+ over the last 18 months, as well as referring a few friends who used my referral code to purchase their products. I had an awful experience with their delivery partner DHL. I was expecting my £220+ order to arrive on the next day service. Given the large value of this particular order, I changed my working week to schedule my work from home day so I could be at home to receive the order as I did not want to risk it going missing. I stayed at home all day. After changing the scheduled slot of delivery several times today, which in itself was disappointing, with the last update saying 18:57delivery estimate, to my horror I saw the DHL order then updated to "delivery attempted". There was no delivery attempted. I have been home all day. To make matters worse, the reason I was so desperate to receive this order the next day was because I was suffering from extremely painful cystitis which did not resolve with antibiotics from my GP, and I was anxiously awaiting the D mannose with cranberry product they sell in the hope of starting immediately today for some relief. Hence the next day delivery service. To say Time Health's customer service was horrendous is an understatement - I was a loyal customer, who has spent a significant amount of money with them, referred others, and on top of that needed one of the items urgently, and then to not receive this high value order on the day expected has been extremely disappointing. I appreciate Time Health are not DHL, but the customer experience end-to-end involves the delivery partner each company chooses. The worst part is when I actually contacted Time Health the same day to tell them what had happened, Lucia, the "customer service" representative simply churned out a corporate buzzword bingo/chatGpt regurgitated email expressing deep sympathy. No goodwill gesture, no sincerity in their empathy with my experience as a regular customer who up until now has never complained or asked for anything, no offer of even something off your next order as an apology for my experience, cheapest item off my order sent to me complimentary. So I responded saying I was disappointed with her corporate reply and could I please speak to her manager, or have this issue escalated - it has been 3 days and no response. I have now submitted a Freedom of Information request, which I will subsequently follow up with a right to be forgotten request as I will never buy from them again. There are plenty of other businesses who offer excellent supplement products with better customer experience who care when things go wrong for a customer. Clearly TimeHealth have gotten too big for their boots and do not care about customer experience at all. I am sure they clearly could not care less about my experience or my business with them, so this review is for the benefit of other customers - you only know the true character of someone or a company in how they support you when things go wrong. All companies are great when you are happy with their products and have no complaints - it is when things go wrong that you can separate the best from the worst companies, in how they treat customers who spend their hard earned money with them. Please avoid this company - if things go wrong they will not help you.
