Do not trust these thieves, they just want to take your money,

I have a timeshare with Westgate, and Vida Vacations offered to get rid of it in order to purchase theirs. I was referred to TRM by Vida to work with to sell the Westgate timeshare. There were 2 options TRM offered me to pay $995 for them to sell it and lose the equity or $3,996.00 for them to sell it to retain the equity. With it being valued at 89k I thought the best option would be to pay the $3,996.00 and not lose the 89k. They told me it would take an average of 6 months to sell. It's been over a year and I'm it hasn't sold, all TRM did was take my money and post my listing on Sell My Timeshare Now and whenever I contact TRM they defer me to Sell My Timeshare Now, Sell My Timeshare Now told me that TRM should not have provided me a timeframe of when it would sell. Had they provided me a timeframe that would've caused me to chose another option. Now I'm stuck paying for 2 timeshares and it' causing a serious financial burden on me and my family. and TRM is refusing to reimburse me the 3996 I paid. I would never use TRM again and would advise anyone against using them. They took my money and pawned me off to another company.

This company has had my Time share for 9 years. We are never contacted by them. There is no one helping us by what I can see. We have waited a long time for nothing and no correspondence. I want my money back.
