After reading their website and reviews (not on Trustpilot) about terminating timeshare agreements, we employed Timeshare Termination Team UK to get us out of our Spanish timeshare.
It soon became clear that, despite repeated requests, we were not going to be given copies of letters written or received on our behalf or even details of their contents until after TTTUK had notified us that our timeshare membership had been terminated and we had paid their fee.
This was not the professional behaviour that they had lead us to expect.
When, after about four weeks, they told us that we no longer had any liability to the timeshare company we repeatedly requested confirmation that our timeshare contracts had been legally and finally determined together with copy correspondence. After a period of silence, TTTUK withdrew from the contract citing our clear lack of understanding of their policy and procedures.
And we still have our Spanish timeshare membership; our agreements have not been terminated.
