Easy to use
Easy to use, even with multiple projects, so it ensures one can consistently use it, not drop it after a week or so. Tags make it easier to define fast what the task is on. Export of data to excel make it comfortable to report across multiple required formats, especially if you have multiple customers and everyone have their own format.

Best work logging app
