Much improved email visibility

Timetoreply has given us far better visibility into our email reply times and helped us stay on top of conversations that may previously have slipped through the cracks. The product just drops into your existing workflows, super easy to use. Highly recommend.

Caution! Timetoreply does not actually work for shared inboxes via Outlook

Time to Reply looks promising, but it falls down for team-based email workflows. The Outlook plugin does not work with shared inboxes, making it impractical for support or operations teams—an important limitation that isn’t clearly highlighted up front.

When we discovered this during the free trial and requested a refund, we were told refunds are not offered, even during the trial period. Given that the core limitation prevented real use, this was disappointing.

Fine for individual inboxes, but not suitable for organizations relying on shared mailboxes. Proceed with caution.

Cant live without it now.

Very quick to set up and really useful reports. My sales team has seen great improvement too. So many features that addresses our different operation structures. Its simplicity makes it very user friendly. Can't believe we have been going on for years without such a product!

easy to use but very powerful - customers love it

it's easy to use but also powerful. Fast to set up and configure. A lot of user and department level control on features. Understanding which emails to reply to when, and in what sequence, has a big impact on customer satisfaction. I'm not sure why something like this isn't built in natively to Outlook or Gmail, (it should be) because timetoreply is really useful. Also not expensive.

I recently started using TimetoReply

I recently started using TimetoReply, and I must say it's been a game-changer for our customer service team. The software is incredibly user-friendly and delivered the precise results I was looking for.

Our customers have also noticed a significant improvement in our service quality since we started using TimetoReply. They're happier than ever, and their feedback reflects that.

A standout feature for me is the enhanced visibility into my team's performance where it provides insightful data and analytics that allow me to monitor and optimize our processes effectively.

The Optimiser tool is another great feature and had been instrumental in keeping my team on track.

Great ticketing alternative

Our company have been looking at changing from standard emails to a ticketing system, however it is such a big transition and we faced a lot of problems testing this with ticketing systems. After looking at maybe trying something different, I came across timetoreply, it looked like it ticked all of our boxes in what we wanted from a ticketing system (SLAs, analytics etc.) and after having a couple of calls with Scott, I was sold, he explained everything great to me from a sales perspective but then was also able to speak to our IT team and go over everything in a much more technical way, the platform was able to offer things I hadn't even thought of, for example, tracking 'follow ups' to see how many times someone is having to chase on an email thread. Super happy with the platform and Scott's support was exceptional.

These guys keep on spamming. A lot of exuces and strange stories. Don't respond to their emails because they also will send your unsolicited online seminars invites.
