Purchase a Expedition North® Titanium Automatic 41mm Recycled Fabric Strap Watch
Bought in January runs fast over 3 minutes a day.I called to get it fixed under warranty from Timex was told I have to mail it to them In canada then it's shipped to the US then shipped to the Philippines for repairs was told I have to pay a possessing fee and would take up to 3 yo 4 months to get it back. I paid about $500 dollars for this watch and will never buy another Timex watch again Not happy.

Do NOT buy a Timex watch!

Bought a nice shiny Timex Legacy watch in Teal with the Day/Day (like the nice Rolex) Took it on holiday for its first outing and the Crown/Stem pulled right out of the watch with no effort when adjusting for a new time zone. Contacted Timex Customer Services (in US?) Given a UK number (where I live) and called. A rude woman said this is Timex Repairs you have the wrong number! Was told to contact the people I contacted in the first place! I messaged Timex twice - nothing - nada in response. This is an under warranty watch less than a few months old. Amazon issued me a refund without delay. They must KNOW how bad Timex is and they are a waste of time and money. Ironic for a watch company. Have my money back but a junk £150 watch I really liked the look of. Should have bought the Rolex!

Perfect customer service and wonderful watch

Perfect customer service! I had a very very small issue with my watch and the customer service was fantastic. I'm really happy with the product ... best watch I have ever used (the most comfortable, clear and indiglo light is so useful) and I have bought many other watches in the past. Will always use Timex from now on!

Non existing customer service for uk

I received my timex q reissue, and it has so many issues, the date does not work, the second hand does not operate properly, it is a piece of garbage, they run with my money, i tried to reach out to the customer service, however to my disappointment, they dont care and tell me to refer to the instructions, i emailed and tried to contact on the phone but i can't seem to reach out to them, the number dont work and they dont respond to my email, guys please avoid timex, their products are really crap and casio is a much better option. Their customer service is non existence.

Customer service is non-existent. I've contacted them four times about an order that is late and no reply. Slow shipping, poor service. Hope the watch is good when (if) it arrives.

EDIT: watch did not arrive. I ordered an additional leather strap which turned up but the watch, which was apparently in the same box, was non-existent. Timex refused to refund the delivery fee and would only refund the strap 3 weeks after they received it. The watch was never actually available in their warehouse but they chose to pretend to ship it anyway. Avoid at all costs!

Favorite Watch Ever.

I needed a new watch and really wanted field watch with a NATO strap. With watches you can pretty much spend what you want on them. I didn't want to sink a fortune in a watch and I started shopping locally for something that would work. The people at JC Penny's didn't even know what a field watch was, let alone a NATO strap. On a whim I stopped at my local Walmart to pick up a couple things and found their watch display. Long story short, Timex had the perfect analog field watch with date and indiglo. The strap wasn't NATO, but I had one at home that actually matched the Expedition watch quite well. Great watch. In two months it has only lost a few seconds of time. Great value.

can’t cancel orders

Bought a watch from Timex.com and immediately saw it selling on Amazon and Walmart for half the price. I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of purchase, but was told all purchases are final.

I can return the watch at my own expense and they wont refund the difference that retailers are selling the same watch for.

Really crappy and rude customer service experience and never buying from them again.

Incredibly poor Customer Service

Received a defective watch. Customer service is horrible and can't make any heads or tails of their replies. Am first told they don't to exchanges however when challenged about this with their returns policy they then said they didn't have stock - however the watch is available to buy online. Then some nonsensical email advising me to buy the watch from a 3rd party?

Incredibly poor communication and service, especially considering this is a large multinational company. I have lost so much faith in them that I am no longer returning the watch as I have no idea if I'd ever see my money. I would strongly recommend never buying from their EU site as if there are any issues you will not get any support.

First class customer service

I bought a Timex watch from an online retailer, which developed a fault - the retailer advised me to contact Timex under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted Timex UK customer service team, who arranged a returns label (free of charge) and provided instructions for the return. Timex were unable to repair the watch, but they offered me the opportunity to choose a replacement (and up to a value which exceeded what I had originally paid for my watch) - I ended up with a superior watch. I found the Timex customer service team to be extremely helpful and courteous, and they provided regular updates on my enquiry - I am very happy with the service provided by Timex.

you really have to spam every channel to get a non standard auto reply.
12 days ago they promised a full refund and they canceled my order because they can't deliver.
guess what.. received zero email mentioning refund, no email mentioning order cancelation.
while receiving at least 18 Timex promotion emails...
never ever buying from timex again.
IF YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AND YOUR TIME AWAY, BUY TIMEX.
zero customer support and zero communication.

mediocre product and slow customer service

EDIT: I stand corrected, it took them almost two weeks but I did finally get my return label today. Hopefully they don't screw me over after I send it back.

I bought a quartz watch from them that was less accurate than even my cheapest mechanical watch. I requested a refund and they never followed up. Sent an email to their customer service with also no response.

I couldn't find any way to review the product directly so who knows who might be leaving all those 5 star reviews on their website.

I bought from them because so so many watch reviewers rate them highly but I am left disappointed.
Absolutely shameful.

What a terrible company sent a watch back , they tried to say they hadn’t received it and I hadn’t used their return label , changed their minds when I showed them the tracking number from the p/o , still waiting for my refund just glad I paid through PayPal
Avoid this company at all costs, if you do happen to purchase from them all ways use PayPal.

Not worth the trouble

My experience with timex.com was great, I emailed them a question, and they replied in 24 hours. Their website is very nice to use. They shipped to NZ in three days. The watch is great.

I bought a watch as a present for my wife. When it turned up damaged they promised to sort of PayPal claim was closed. 2 months later they have my watch, have my money and refuse to respond. They have actually stolen from me and no way to get cash back.

I really want to give Timex 0 stars if there were an option. Just cheap a cheap trash watch which I paid over $100, had only it for about 3 months, not wearing it on a daily basis, and now they are wanting to charge me for an unwarranted item $30?? I purely specified that if this "new" watch needed repairs that I WOULDN'T pay for it and to just send it back. I received a paypal email specifying payment is $30 and there was absolutely no breakdown on what the issue was. The watch (which I don't know how it happened) was ahead 2 hours!! It was one of those days I didn't happen to wear it. I also bought 2 cheaper Timex watches on Amazon, both of these were defective as well. So all 3 Timex watches, defective! Why do I need to pay $30 for a repair which obviously wasn't me who caused it to run 2 hours faster. Not a great experience also with no confirmation that my watch was received, also that if there were ANY repairs it needed that I would NOT pay. They could have just just returned the watch, and I would just throw it in the trash! Unbelieveable, I am so not happy alround with this cheap watch company.
