I ordered a watch on Timex.com and I…

I ordered a watch on Timex.com and I never received it. The online tracking shows it arrived in Cleveland, close to where I live, then they shipped it to Columbus then to Indiana and back to Columbus where it has been sitting ever since Dec. 3. I have called repeatedly to customer service who did not solve my problem. I canceled my order so they sent me a return label for a product they never delivered to me. 5 calls later and I still do not have my watch or refund. I will never purchase anything from Timex ever again. It is a colossal waste of time and money. I don’t know how a business stays alive with such poor service.

I ordered one from their website and they sent a different watch from the one i ordered, so they are taking their time to resolve the issue.... long story short the have review section on their website and they refuse to post my review. .. thank God for Trust Pilot

Watch broke, went for repair, and I never saw it again

I am so disappointed in Timex. I bought a watch in August 2019 and it stopped working after I went for a swim at the beach in June 2020. I sent emails and only got a reply in September, conveniently after the 1-year date of purchasing the watch. Asked for a new watch and was told I had to send it to be repaired. I sent it. A month after I'm told they can't fix it and don't have the same model, so I have to pick another model. I said I don't want another model and asked for a refund. Was told I would be given a refund, only to receive another email after 4 days saying that after all I won't be given a refund. My only choice, they say, is to take another watch for the same price. I've had Timex watches since I was a teenager and I never expected this company to treat customers like this. They simply stopped caring.

I have been dealing with Timex repair…

I have been dealing with Timex repair since early july and still do not have my watch returned. They have provided a myriad of excuses and tried to charge me an extra $22 for all watch under warranty.
I am appalled at the service that timex now offers. A very far cry from timex of old!!

I broke the bezel on my Timex Expedition. I have emailed their support EU email twice, to enquire about a replacement, with no response. Emailed them a complaint about their service, no response.

Tried to order a limited edition Timex…

Tried to order a limited edition Timex Marlin Snoopy Edition.
I put the watch in my bag online and was thrilled I finally had one. As I was giving in my payment method, it suddenly became unavailable. I send a message to Timex asked how that was possible. All I got was a 'minor glitch had happened' and I couldn't order the watch anymore. Next they changed the watch in my basket to a regular Timex Marlin and that was that.

Over 20 years ago I bought a Timex…

Over 20 years ago I bought a Timex Expedition watch (waterproof to 100m). Everyday since I wore and abused it through work and play including scuba diving under the ice at 30m. I don't know how many batteries and bands I have gone through not to mention repolishing the crystal 5 times to get the scratches out.

A year and a half ago I decided to replace it just because it was starting to look beat up.
I was so happy with the old watch I bought a brand new Timex Expedition.

Obviously they are made different now, within 10 months it leaked while swimming in 8 feet of water. After complaining to Timex they sent me another new one. That one also leaked within 6 months in 4 feet of water.

The quality of the new watches is not my only complaint,the warranty is also a rip off. Timex charges US$12.00 for all in warranty watch repairs. I remember when you could by a watch at the dollar store for $1.00 Canadian so I have no doubt they are still making a profit on every in warranty replacement watch they send out.

I have gone back to my old watch and will never buy another Timex.

Awful experience

Awful experience. I own three Timex watches. I had a problem with a Crown that dropped on the floor (Crowns on these watches very easily can be dragged out, as when getting stuck in a pullover). For years I have been trying to get this tiny spare part, after visiting a number of shops, who do sell Timex, but no one was willing to help. I finally did reach out to Timex Headquarter in US, they were unwilling to send me a new crown, even though I was willing to pay for ths stamps. Instead they re-direct me to their local distributor in Sweden (as advertised on their web-page) but the company is unreachable and the web-site seems to be inactive.
I will NEVER buy a Timex Watch ever again.
