Never got the gray sleeveless dress. Kept emailing and kept getting message it would be shipped out as soon as was available. yeah I think it was a sham/scam "business".
Don't trust this scammer. I mean seller☹️

Rip off artists! Now closed up shop, email bounces back, website down....sham.

I ordered 3 XXL Shirts. They sent me 1 XXL, 1 Small, and 1 medium. I tried to get ahold of them, but couldn't. I returned the 2 wrong size shirts to the "RETURN ADDRESS" that was on the top of the package. Finally got ahold of them by email and they told me this was not where you ship them back to. I sais okay, just send me the 2 shirts XXL and we will be fine. They said no, and no refund. SCAMMERS out of China.

In March 2020 I ordered $180 worth of items I believe I finally received them in May of 2020. There were 9 items. I was not happy with quality, flimsy material, poorly sewn. I had 5 items I wished to return. I sent email requesting address to return to and received an email telling me that I could keep the items and skip the hassle return, we’d love to improve compensation rate to 25% money refund. If I still wanted to return rather than keep the 25% compensation it would be st my own cost and they had 7 requirements RIDICULOUS - but I followed instructions to the T with label emailed to me by them. I bring them to post office and find out that due to covid China was not accepting pkgs. so I email Timrosh back and express my concern that pkg cannot be returned yet and wanted assurance that due to this fact they would waive the 15 day return policy. I was finally able to mail package at a cost of $43 but was told post ofc could only track til it gets to China, then I would be in my own. Well don’t ya know it gets to China to a certain point and then pkg can’t be found. I contact timtosh of course their hands are tied. They assure me that once they receive the pkg I will get my full refund. As you guessed I have never heard from them again. Disgusted

I don’t think you have a conscience. How do you sleep at night? Your bank balance must be huge from ripping off the people who in all good intentions order products from you. I’m disgusted that anyone could think that the dress I received today was a good quality vintage dress. It is so poorly made with such sweat induced material that isn’t even hemmed, just ugly overlocking. I wouldn’t even use this as a dust rag, I could give it my dog to play with I guess. I wouldn’t even take it to the op shop and put someone through the effort of discarding it. I want my money back since I can’t get back the time I wasted ordering this dress.

Wow. It’s lucky I have a sense of humour. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered and I wish I could post the original picture on their site and a comparison. Ther is no resemblance at all. I ordered a lovely knitted long cardigan. Not expensive but not a too good to be true price either and this is what I got. £45 quid down. No way to return it. No address. No response to the email address. Really folks the better reviews on here must be fakes. Luckily I won’t starve without the money and what arrived made me laugh a belly laugh it’s sooooo bad.

You rotten creeps!!! Thieves, the lot of you. I only received half my order and I quite liked the blouse, but not enough to pay $75 for it. Is it really so difficult to just be a legit company? Must you steal to make a living. Sad as sad can be!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this Timrosh co.Biggest ripoff I have ever seen.Ordered in May tried to contact them no luck.I used PayPal and they have been helping me I guess.I got 2 of the 3 items.One is to tight across my chest.The other one is so thing I don't think wraring 2 slips under it would cover me up.I am going to try to return them.I am 60 yrs old I can't be wearing see through clothing.Makes me so mad.

Absolute garbage, when it was finally received, and then it was only four of the six items I ordered. They were NOTHING like the pictures and description.

I ordered a dress the end of April. In July I started inquiring about my purchase because I hadn't received it. 3 times Timrosh asked if I had the correct address listed and all 3 times I told them the address is correct. Now it's mid August and still no dress. I have had numerous conversations with them and still no dress. They told me to reorder my purchase. I'm so angry! The dress was a cute cotton dress for the summer. Now summer is nearing its' end no chance if wearing the dress. I'm trying to find an owner, manager...anyone who could help me. Does anyone know how to contact the owner? Please share if you do and spread the word around to let everyone know not to order from Timrosh or Ariel

I just got the items I ordered. Soooo disappointing! The material is awful and it's not even close to the picture they show. I wish I could upload a picture for you to compare for yourself. I'd never ever recommend Timrosh.

I ordered a dress. Got it 4 months later and not even close to the one I ordered. You can tell it came from China. The dress is god awful!! I cannot get anywhere online with getting a refund. I will never order anything on facebook again!! This company IS a SCAM!!!

Ordered in May still waiting for my order summer will be over before I receive it (if I get it at all)

Ok, so I finally got my shirt that I ordered. Yes, it's stinking cute, but the wait time was about 2 months or so. If your willing to wait awhile go ahead and order from Timrosh, but be prepared to wait. Sorry Timrosh I do like my new shirt. Thanks

THEN, AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THE COMPANY TIMROSH SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME ONLY A 25% REFUND. I REC'D THEM, OPENED THEM, WRAPPED THEM RIGHT BACK UP IN SAME PACKAGING AND TRIED TO RETURN THAT DAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF. I NEVER SAW THE OTHER 4 ITEMS AND THE 3 I REC'D ARE GARBAGE!! DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER IN NJ.

Thieves... nothing but thieves! Absolute worst! I ordered 3 dresses for my daughter's wedding over three months ago never received one they won't refund my money and the tracking number that they have provided for me is false ! UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR MONEY... DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE THIEVES!
