I have bought several items after searching for linen clothes online. The items are always packaged well and arrive in very good time. I cannot fault the customer care of Tina Bucknall.

I have just bought a Pip linen collared shirt and am over the moon with it, just the right length,good quality, and even though it’s one size it doesn’t look big as some tops do
I have just looked on the website for another but all out of stock !!

A truly personal service! One item I had selected was no longer available and so I received a call from Tina who suggested alternatives. I chose one of the alternatives and then after receiving my order went back and ordered her second suggestion.
Given it was an online purchase it was lovely to speak to someone who was genuinely interested in her customers. I also phoned prior to making my second order and the assistant I spoke with was also delightful.
I will definitely return - it restored my faith in online shopping.

I ordered a pair of trousers as a gift for my mum , the website is clear and easy to navigate and the order process was very straightforward . The trousers arrived within days but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item . I couldn’t fault Georgia , who replied promptly to my email query regarding a refund and the whole refund process was very straightforward . I’ve ordered the correct trousers this time and as before there has been excellent communication from the Tina Bucknall team regarding the progress of the delivery.
Overall the service has been excellent , I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with this company again and will be recommending them to friends and family . It is reassuring to know there are still companies out there that provide a friendly and efficient service.

I have been a regular customer at Tina's for several years, going to her shop in Hassocks and whilst attending various shows, in particular Ardingly, meeting up with her family and purchasing several items each visit.
During COVID I ordered a few items but needed to return a blouse, thought the process would be straightforward however I wasn't refunded the full amount and queried it. I was told that I had used a "voucher" and was therefore not being refunded the full amount. The "voucher" was in fact a gift card from Tina for my Birthday ! I am absolutely appalled and upset at the awful customer service when surely during this most demoralising Pandemic you want to retain your regular customers?

Yesterday I met Tom and Tina at the Ideal Home Show. They were very patient and helpful whilst I tried on most of the Robell range of trousers in loads of colours!! I ended up choosing three pairs of trousers and only one pair was in stock at the Show. But to my absolute delight the other two pairs arrived super quick by post today. Great service all round and a great product too Well Done Team Bucknall!

Been shopping on the Tina Bucknall website for a while now and have recently noticed an update in their checkout system which has made the world of good. I always love the clothes and the times I have needed to exchange items, the customer service has been second to none. The free delivery is an added bonus and in my experience has always been extremely prompt. Would highly recommend!

A brilliant company to order from. Around lunch time I ordered two jumpers on Thursday and left a message on line to let me know if they could get this order to me before Christmas. By return I got a phone call to say they would post them out to me that day but couldn’t guarantee the Post Office would get it to me on time but hopefully I would receive them on Saturday. At 5.15pm on Friday my parcel was delivered. So thank you. I am totally delighted with the two jumpers. I also visit the shop in Hurstpierpoint when I can get there (I don’t have a car) and they have a wide range of trousers, which fit very well, especially as my behind is rather large! I can not recommend Tina Bucknall enough. Prices are also very reasonable.

What a fabulous company to deal with. Trousers are fantastic and an excellent price, nothing is too much trouble and the staff are super helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough 😁
