If you want to talk to AI, then go ahead and try to simply reorder their products. I needed a new hepa filter and kit that goes inside my cordless stick vacuum, which got thrown away accidentally. I went online, found the kit and placed an order. It was over 3 weeks and I hadn't heard anything. I placed a follow up email & got an AI response that didn't answer my questions, I just got 3 emails from them last night, all AI responses again as well stating they cancelled my order. So, hey. If you need any parts for yours, go to Amazon, they have compatible replacement kits (Mine is the A10-03 stick vacuum and it's also less than 50% of their cost.

Ordered S5 Floor and absolutely love it! It keeps up with our two dogs, baby mess, living in the country and my blue collar husband. I absolutely love that the machine is self cleaning and I don’t have to completely tear it apart every time I use it to clean.

I am the original purchaser of a Tineco S3 floor cleaner costing approximately £500.
My wife left a review a few days ago outlining the fact that the original machine failed after around 18 months, was replaced, and the replacement has now also failed after a similar period.
Tineco responded publicly to her review and contacted her asking for further information. She clarified that I was the purchaser and provided my details, including copying me into the correspondence.
Since that point, communication has stopped. We have received no further response to emails, despite following up.
It is concerning that engagement appeared prompt while the matter was public, but ceased once purchaser details were provided and direct resolution was required.
We are simply seeking a fair resolution to a repeat failure on a premium-priced appliance.
Can't get Teneco S11 Parts
Bought my Teneco S11. used for many years and now parts are breaking. Not big expensive parts, just cheap tiny parts that are necessary to use the vacuum. Snaps and Clips that hold things together. They probably cost about $.10 each but the parts are not sold individually so you need to buy the entire assemblies that cost a lot of money. Never buy a product that you can't get parts for. Now i must throw it away because I can't get 30 Cents worth of parts! Terrible!!

I have purchased two tineco products over the years and both cordless vacuums were wonderful. Light weight, lights to see and guide, easily vacuums underneath areas, etc. my previous vacuum had the bin break and my dog chewed the button off of the tube and the company was great with helping me rectify any issues and send me replacement parts free of charge since I had registered the warranty upon purchase. I would highly recommend tineco to anyone.

Had machine 18 months and clean water tank broke twice, part sent from Hong Kong so without the machine for 2 months over this period. Sensor now broke and I had to package up and send back machine before they send a new one at my expense. Really poor experience. Would not buy again.

We ordered a replacement battery for their stick vac. The battery that was received was defective. They made us jump through hoops to prove that we purchased it and to send it back. We sent it back per their instructions. They received it 2 days later and said they would ship out another battery. That was a week ago. The battery is somewhere in California in the hands of DHL but they can not tell us the tracking number. When we called them and asked them what the delay was, Jacob in customer service said and I quote “ it’s not my problem, and was very rude and refused to forward the call to a supervisor
Now we have no battery, but they have our money
I wanted to love Tineco…
I wanted to love Tineco and the Carpet One Cruiser, especially given all the positive hype from various sites. Unfortunately I would need stars in the negative realm to accurately describe my disappointment and frustration with this company. After assembling the cleaner and starting up for very first use I got a message stating I should clean the brush roller and the machine was rendered inoperable. After contacting customer service they decided I should send the cleaner back for a replacement. Don’t get me started on the hoops I had to jump through to get the new replacement unit. I set up the second new cleaner and the exact same thing happened!!! After calling customer service to return the defective machine for a refund the things they requested I do for my refund were more than maddening: forward them proof of the price paid; forward them the serial # and this was AFTER I already packaged machine for shipment; a video of the machine saying “clean brush roller” and more forcing me even more hoops to maneuver through. One department did not communicate with another and information was contradictory at best. I finally after several weeks got my money credited back to our credit card. The carpet cleaner was a very expensive mistake to purchase and a nightmare to return. Believe the reviews that don’t glow and decide for yourself. We bought a national brand cleaner for half the price of the Tineco and are sorry we didn’t do this to begin with.

I bought a Tineco 2 months ago and with 2 dogs and 3 kids my mop vacuum has made cleaning a dream!!! My floors have never been cleaner. Would definitely recommend this!

Not ready for the UK
My ifloor 5 Breeze simply stopped working at 5 weeks old. Client support is via chat, with 24 hr turnarounds, meaning you have to post, sleep, get up the next day to see an answer. The part I need (and that's a guess by the manufacturer) isn't stocked in the UK and is being shipped from China, around 3 weeks if I'm lucky. No sign at all yet and help-chat silence.
Tineco just haven't scaled up to meet UK demand, the UK is definitely just a small customer and not that important to them at the moment at least, so I'd save yourself some disappointment and buy from a reputable brand that are long established in the UK.
