An excellent Teams implementation with Tinkle

Tinkle Telecom have now implemented Teams and other telephony services for several businesses that I work for, and their implementation was seamless and highly professional.

The team provided clear communication throughout the process, ensured minimal disruption to daily operations, and tailored the solution to meet each company’s specific needs. Post-installation support has been excellent, with quick response times and knowledgeable staff who resolve queries efficiently.

Good, helpful, refreshing.

Good value, helpful staff. We switched from a different provider and whilst every project has speedbumps along the way. Becca was very professional and helpful, with follow up appoointments and open to feedback about future develpoments.
The Tinkle system itself is user friendly and a nice change from some of the more outdated designs.
A couple of features need adding or polishing out but overall and well received product for my organisation.

We have had a contract for 3 years with…

We have had a contract for 3 years with Tinkle. Unfortunately the customer service and support when there is a problem is extremely poor. Their procedure is to email, however there has been no acknowledgement of either of our emails. Our phone system is not working correctly for a week, which is frustrating for us and our client's as well as damaging to the business.

Tinkle - Highly recommended

Team @ Tinkle have been fantastic. Great communication, friendly service. Managed to avoid hours of fault finding with existing phone system due to Tinkles quick response, getting us up and running on new system within 6 hours of requesting. Amazing service, user friendly system. Covered everything from managing project, implementation and providing training. All clearly outlined at the start of the process.

The customer care was amazing

The customer care was amazing, Julia was fantastic and I loved her open approach. Very refreshing! I would definitely recommend Tinkle to others not just because the product is great but that the on boarding was seamless and stress free.

Tinkle, the goto company for telecoms

Tinkle has been my provider now for quite some time must be getting on around 2-3 years. Julia has been a big help during this period, especially for the last couple of months during a stressful time trying to deal with BT, in what should have been a simple straight forward number porting. But we got there in the end. I love the setup and options the system provides. I have plenty of control over all the options and love how clear it is.

Professional and seamless

Professional, friendly and seamless experience from Tinkle Telecom. We have been very pleased with the service from their team and any small niggles we have had have been resolved swiftly. Excellent Service

Excellent service from the Tinkle team. We've been using the platform for over a year. The wallboard feature is great for our sales team, calls are never missed. Enquiries are dealt with promptly. Don’t delay, Try Tinkle

I was contacted by Tinkle as I only had a mobile number advertised which does a little like a one man band, nothing wrong in that but we were growing.We now have a landline number, which when called immediately transfers to my chosen number. The service and support that Julia provides is absolutely amazing

Found Tinkle via a google search and an…

Found Tinkle via a google search and an independent "best of survey". They were significantly more competitive than our existing provider so I was sceptical about the service and delivery. How wrong was I. The whole on boarding process was smooth with any issues being resolved quickly and effectively. Communication was more than regular and I nearly always dealt with 1 or 2 people who definitely went the extra mile. Would strongly recommend based on our experience over the last 3 months.

Fantastic System

Fantastic System. I have the pleasure of the 7 days trial and wow, I was speechless. The software was easy to set up and use. I did have a few issues getting the call menus I wanted and voice recording but after a quick e-mail to the help desk and I was on my way. I genuinely cannot find fault with this system. Even the app on your phone is easy to use. 10/10 from me. Definitely 5 stars all day long.

Ideal Communication Solution

We moved across to Tinkle in August 2021 with no issues at all, the team have all been great support especially James and Julia who have always been there should there be an issue with anything.

I'd recommend tinkle to anyone looking for an adaptable comms solution.
