I order a pair of shoes on 4/19/2024 and I never received a tracking number, email, nothing. I didn't read the reviews until now and I'm definitely going to go through PayPal to request a refund, being that they WONT answer any emails. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WONT GET IT.

I ordered my sandals back on April 22, 2024, and I still haven’t received them. I’m about to call and dispute the charges on my credit card.

second pair of shoes finnaly I received them. Ordered both size 9 USA.
PROBLLEM:
First pair - TOO BIG
Second pair - TOO SMALL
Please kindly provide what's needed to return both at your expense, OBVIOUSLY wrong sizes were sent, I contacted them regarding refund or exchange but no response, they are ignoring my several requests

I am so upset because I fell for this scam. Just like the reviews are describing. I ordered two pair of shoes and have only received one pair. The one I received fells like cardboard and the glue that was used is coming apart. I have been writing customer service and putting my complaint on their Facebook page and no one cares to answer back. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered 2 pairs of what looked like really cute summer sandals on April 7th 2024. And…shame on me, I did not read reviews on this company before I ordered. And here I am, after the fact, feeling like an “idiot” for getting scammed! The first pair of sandals arrived looking nothing like the picture. You can clearly see where they have been glued. I put them on and it felt like l was walking on cardboard. Absolutely no cushion. That’s when I went back and started checking! Talk about closing the barn door after the horse is out. So I knew what to expect when the other pair arrived. Except, as of this writing on 5-14-2024, I haven’t received the other pair yet. I have sent an email to Tinstree but I’m not very hopeful. Thankfully I went through PayPal, so maybe I will get some recourse through them. No matter how cute the picture looks, DON’t DO IT!

This company is a complete and total SCAM! Do not give them a dime!
They do not really have your product or any way to track what they have done with your money! SCAM! SCAM!

Total junk. I ordered what I thought were cute pair of shoes and they came all bent and out of shape and they were super hard inside. They were damaged, but yet they are making me pay to ship them back and I also need to follow the tracking and let them know when they arrive at their facility so that they can then refund me. Stay away from this company. Their stuff is junk and their customer service stinks.

Ordered some shoes I was super excited about. I never received shipping info and they never came. Reached out to them multiple times with no response. Bummer cause the shoes were cute. Would not recommend.

No problems ordering not tracking and receiving my order

Description on site looks nothing like the items that were delivered. They shipped my order out on December 1st. December 8th I received an email stating that part of my order was out of stock…. 7 days after they shipped it. My size 9 heels were too big and my size 10 were too small. I have to pay to ship their crappy products back to India now. Avoid this merchant. And if you don’t, at least purchase from their amazon store.

I love the shoes and the style, but the comfort is not there like the first pair I received in this brand. No padding or brand name written on the shoe. It's like I received 3 reject pairs of shoes in different colors. Not very happy cause I have problem feet and needed the comfort more than the style🥲

I ordered from this company and the selection and checkout was on point. I gave it a four star. Then after a month of no shipping confirmation or tracking, I tried to use the website to track my order. It didn't work. So now I reach out to customer service and got an email response at 2:30am in the morning saying it's on the way and please allow time. The tracking number "Vanessa" provided turns out was for ONE pair of shoes. I ordered 6. I got that pair of shoes, in no box, cheaply made. I had enough. Filed a claim to get my mo ey back and will NEVER do business with these folks again. I should have read the reviews before going through all of this. Please folks spare yourself the headache.

I love the website, it has some very stylish and interesting items that I haven’t seen on some other sites. Very very intriguing!!!

The product design looks nice but quality not so much. I wish I can show pictures of my shoes almost break/crack in two. I got a few months wearing it daily and that's it, the garbage it goes. Bought two pairs diff style but wish I haven't waste my money.

Terrible customer service. I never rec’d shipping details, cancelled order and still nothing.

Item is not as described. Thin & flimsy is not what I'm looking for in a winter boot.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a size 8. They shipped a size 5. They were cute so I asked for an exchange. They said I would bear the cost of return, and asked if I could give them to someone else! What? Probably because return will be international since made in CHINA - which I didn't do my research, shame on me. I saw them on GMA and thought they were cute. What a scam. And shame on GMA. Now I am stuck w/ a $30 pair of shoes that are 3 sizes too small which I cannot exchange or return.

The shoes came as I ordered they were completely what I wanted!! Love the different designs of shoes you offer. I will continue to order shoes from this company!!! Very satisfying

The shoe is perfect but will need size 11. Thank you.
