Not even one star. Took over a moth to come. Damaged, hurrendous products … please do not buy from this company

If I could give zero that would be the score. They responded to my first review on here saying please get in touch which I did and again ignored my email. Terrible product and poor customer service.

value for money and great fun for kids

I bought the animal sewing kit for my grand-daughter, as it looked perfect.
The kit is ok and there is nothing wrong with it. The issue was the packaging. It's absolutely awful. I am surprised the kit arrived undamaged (just squashed). The box looked so bad (I took a picture of it) that I can't offer it to my grand-daughter for her birthday!! I don't recommend.

I ordered a game. When it arrived it was a third of the size of the one advertised without some of the important features. Total scam! Trying to return it? Good luck. Can't find any return info.

This company is a scam. They will not send the item and keep pretending that the address is incorrect. Do not purchase.

Absolute rubbish. Baby balls (the word Montessori was mentioned!). Picture of a baby on the front of box but do not give to under 3 year old because of small parts. They have squeakers (totally unnecessary) covered with a tiny plastic grid. Why oh why did I not think to check reviews! They should not get away with importing crap into UK.

P.s. just removed all the squeakers, now they are safe little balls

0 stars if I had the option. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. My order hasn’t been received a month after ordering. They have lied on their website about many things. What a waste of money. So disappointing and thoroughly disgusting.

I purchased a lovely sewing kit for my nieces. They love a project and these are great. Everything went to plan and my order was delivered promptly. I have been looking at the other craft items for sale with Tiny Dreams, as they have lots to offer. Everything is bright and colourful. What I did like was the product itself. Good quality, and ideal for them both to do, even being different ages. Good customer service with excellent communication.

A terrible experience with this company, like so many others. Two items received- one didn't work,contacted customer services and replacement sent. Then realised the other had a thin connection lead which started to heat up almost immediately. Contacted CS again , (very difficult to have the same conversation several times) to tell them I didn't want any products as I was concerned they were dangerous especially for children. Received partial pitiful refund because to send it back to CHINA would leave me worse off. A total joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I wouldn't give them a 1 star review but it was the only option. ABSOLUTE crap. When I sent a reply to say that 8 out of 12 were damaged, eventually I got a reply that they were sending replacements, 6 of them were also damaged. Absolutely no quality control and the packaging is crap. Don't buy, pay extra elsewhere and save yourself disappointment and money 😠

Didn’t realise this was a China based company - very misleading - explains why took ages to arrive. Really poor quality items, one shape sorter in crushed up box, tiny shape pieces and a snake pram toy cheap and nasty, not like the advertised photograph! Avoid!!

I have to spread as I find. I ordered the peek-a-boo plush elephant and was delighted with it. Looks and sounds just like the one advertised. Personally I would buy again.

Does not deserve 1 * shocking and dangerous for animals

Ordered a cast set for my newborn weeks ago, I checked after waiting for a ridiculous length of time and found it had been returned to sender for no apparent reason. No attempts to deliver have been made.
I contacted the company to request a full refund. After several days I was told they would consider a refund! I have since had a notification from the shopify app to advise I've been partially refunded, excluding the shipping. So it's cost me to not receive an item I needed weeks ago.

I ordered the floating target for my Grandson 14th Dec 2025 was due to be delivered just after Christmas but i received message from Evri saying it had been returned to sender, i got in touch with Tiny dreams who said they would get in touch with senders and i could be that address or postcode was wrong so gave details again this happened again in Jan 2026 so got in touch with Tiny dreams again who again asked for address and postcode,finally got parcel on the 21st of Feb 2026 0nly because i got in touch with Evri as was going to be sent back to sender. The box was all battered when i opened it the top is cracked and screw were battries go wont unscrew,very cheap plastic not worth £19.99 and that was on offer. .still waiting for Tiny dreams to reply.wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered and not the ones on facebook.

I ordered the silicone night light, the pictures and description are not as described. The package came broken, packaging and product inside. I contacted the company and they offered to send another light. I said I would prefer a refund and I can send the product back. I then got told I would be contacted by somebody else not Kyle from customer services to look into this issue. 4 days had passed and I sent another email.
They then explained from the pictures the light looked useable and I just needed to watch videos on how to work it.

Please do not order from this company. I will now be contacting PayPal for a refund.

On 29th December I posted a review titled;
“Do research before buying from Tiny Dreams”

It details a report about poor delivery and product quality and a questionable after sales service.

I returned the damaged toy, (at a personal cost of £16.40), and two unopened items to the address given. Google maps shows the address in a residential street in Austria. (ECOM PRIME GmbH, Tiny Dreams, BIRKENRING 30, 5640BAD GASTEIN, Austria. I tracked the parcel; it reached customs in Austria and was not released to the address given. Today, 22/2/26, the parcel I posted to the address given in Austria arrived back at my house. There are stickers on the parcel in German. One sticker says “ unclaimed” and the other one translates as Goods that do not meet the requirements of Articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union”

Does the address exist?

I received a refund but am still out of pocket for the two returned unopened items and the cost of postage.

I reiterate this is not a UK based company.

The order was late being delivered and then totally unusable. They are suggesting that, if you wish to return the goods then you must pay for it…. To China!
For a company named Tinydreams.uk they are blatantly misinforming the public and their only other contact address in is Austria… Bad Gastein! Do not touch them !
