Excellent service we rented a buggy for…

Excellent service we rented a buggy for a long haul trip it was in fantastic condition. I used the WhatsApp contact a couple of times to add an item to my order and to clarify my return, I got a very helpful response both times and my query was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!!

Tiny Explorers are fantastic!

Tiny Explorers made a very stressful situation of our daughter going into a spica cast and brace after hip surgery a lot easier with their fantastic service, adapted car seats in perfect condition and wonderful communication.
Highly recommend! Thank you!

DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS WOMAN

THIS BUSINESS TAKES ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PARENTS DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS WOMAN - hired the inflatable bed for my 13 hour flight for a business trip after watching a video on Instagram and thought this would be perfect. But nothing is perfect is it? I have back, neck and shoulder pain from breastfeeding and carrying my kid since her birth (fellow mums will know what I mean) pump was too small for hole. I had to carry my toddler for 9 hours which triggered my pain and I was bedridden for 5 days and had to cancel all my meetings. I had to extend my trip due to the missed meetings and had to pay over 2k for this. I sent my complaint over. The owner was extremely rude, did not address the issue, shared her business' draconian terms which restricts consumer rights and said *end of chat*. Oh and I'm being charged for extra days because I had to extend my trip. Beyond horrified. These 5 star reviews are definitely fake.

Absolutely amazing company!

Absolutely amazing company :) we hired the bugaboo travel pram & the plane pal for the plane, everything arrived in plenty of time, brand new & sparkly. We were delayed on the way home & the communication was superb & even waived the delayed return fee for us. Really really amazing company, could not have been better, insane customer service & just A* all round. Honestly would not think twice to use them again :)

Terrible customer service- make sure…

Terrible customer service- make sure you read the bad reviews and believe them, we wish we had. People are right- useless return service, they insist any Royal Mail delays are your fault and will try and charge you extra. Much better off finding another rental or purchasing the item than dealing with this company. Have had a friend who has just said she had a similar experience and will also not be using them again.

Amazing rental company!

This company is so great! I learnt about it though Nanny Louenna. I rang them the day before I needed the hire and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the fly away from our trip. I also hired a pram umbrella. Both items were in amazing condition. Would use again!!

I rented a car seat from this company…

I rented a car seat from this company for an upcoming holiday and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

The seat arrived already damaged and clearly well used, which is bad enough when you’re trusting a company with equipment meant for a child’s safety. To make matters worse, it arrived without the seat cover, meaning I had to waste my own time chasing the company to get the missing parts sent before I even left for my trip. When you’re preparing for a holiday, the last thing you need is to be dealing with basic issues that should have been checked before dispatch.

Despite the hassle, I used the seat as intended and returned it on time and in exactly the same condition I received it. Then, unbelievably, the company contacted me claiming that I had damaged it. The seat was already clearly worn and damaged before it even arrived with me.

Trying to resolve this with their customer service was another ordeal entirely. The responses were so unprofessional and unhelpful that it honestly felt like they had children running their customer service department. Instead of addressing the fact that the seat arrived damaged and incomplete, they suggested that I either send them money to replace it or go out and buy them a brand new one.

That suggestion alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates. There is absolutely no chance I will be paying for damage that existed long before the seat reached me.

If you’re considering renting from this company, I would strongly advise you to think twice. Sending out damaged, incomplete equipment, then attempting to blame the customer and demand money, is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service

I haven’t received the order as I had to cancel my holiday due to the ongoing unrest in the UAE, but the company were more than happy to cancel my hire and provide me with store credit for a future trip. Excellent service.

Be Careful: My Paid Booking Was Cancelled and I Was Blocked When I Questioned It

I had a live booking with this company and contacted them to ask about the process for cancelling due to a change in circumstances. I specifically asked them to confirm the process and their Terms & Conditions.
They responded quickly and told me to review the T&Cs and send a confirmation email if I wished to cancel. After reading that refunds were not applicable, I did not send any cancellation confirmation, assuming my order would remain active — especially as the payment had already been deducted from my account.
However, on the day of the delivery, when I contacted them asking about my order, I was told that the booking had been cancelled and blocked. This was surprising because I had never confirmed cancellation.
I was then contacted via WhatsApp by someone from the company who was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they were abrupt, unhelpful and ultimately blocked me rather than addressing the situation.
My biggest concern is that they did not appear to follow their own Terms & Conditions, and the way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company does thorough research and reads reviews across multiple platforms before booking. Based on my experience and other complaints I have since seen, the rating shown does not appear to reflect the level of service customers are actually receiving.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.

Great service for our holiday

Great service for our holiday - the portable car seat arrived promptly, ahead of schedule, and was in perfect condition. Helped us a great deal when travelling, and saved faffing at the airport to hire a car seat. We were able to check the car seat in the hold which helped with our transfer too. Thank you!

Could not be more pleased with the…

Could not be more pleased with the service. Placed the order around 48 hours before I flew and it arrived very quickly!
Ordered an aeroplane toddler harness and unfortunately, I am unable to get home through the Middle East due to the issues happening at the minute.
I contacted via WhatsApp and was replied to so quickly to say that my order will be extended free of charge until I can get home.
Incredible service and communication.
Thank you very much for your help.

Excellent service for travelling with kids!

I love this service! We had the classic "which buggy should we take away with us" debate and decided to see if we could hire a yoyo for a week instead. Super simple order / delivery / return process at a great price, took the stress out of part of the holiday planning. Will use again for sure.
