Sleep 101 is a practical approach to sleep training, providing thoughtful and thorough instruction with different scenarios and what to do in each. It is inevitable that there is an emotional component involved in sleep training and Sleep 101 educates and prepares you for that. We love that our breastfed baby can now fall asleep independently and is sleeping through the night (we follow the 2 scheduled dream feedings). Nap time is sometimes trickier, but when we follow the program consistently we see great results. We see a happier and well rested baby!

My partner and I really enjoyed the courses. They were very informative and helped us to feel more prepared. He had very little experience with infants and I while I worked in an infant nursery, I have never been pregnant. It was very helpful.

Breastfeeding was very well explained. It was in so detailed and covered all the topics. Thank you for enlightened me.

A lot of my friends told me "not to worry about taking any classes prior to having a baby", "you'll figure it out!" However having no prior experience or support nearby, my anxiety and nerves only continued to grow. Having taken these Tinyhood classes (while still nervous!), I feel so much more confident and prepared going into the birth of our first child. The Sleep 101 Tinyhood Course has been SO helpful in guiding us in sleep training our baby. The videos and information were easy to follow. I especially loved all the printables that come with the course. It made referencing the information easy no matter if I had internet access at the time or not. This course eased my worried mama mind and helped us make a plan for our baby's sleep.

This was a great video for first time mom to be. I like that it is broken down so I can show my husband parts I think he needs to know if he doesn’t have time to watch the whole thing.

We love Tinyhood classes. The sections of the class are broken down into doable lengths so you & your partner can stay focused throughout each course. They also provide PDFs as takeaways with key information you may need to refer back to later. We also love that the classes are on-demand so we can watch them when it works for our schedule. We are learning so much, I would definitely recommend!

One of the best breastfeeding classes on the internet. So detailed and so easy to follow. I recommend this to all my friends both first time moms and second time moms. I am pregnant with number 2 and just watched these videos to brush up on my skills

Love this chair. Comfortable, easy to set up, good size. It spins the full 360, rocks and reclines. Really is everything all in one and looks great. Customer service was also excellent when following up with a change in my order.

This was an excellent course, I liked how inclusive and comprehensive it was. I took this course as a doula and I'll definitely be referring this course and Tinyhood to my clients! I highly recommend this course to any parent or parent-to-be.

This mini-breastfeeding class offers great info, is well-paced, and well-organized. I breastfed my two sons many years ago and even worked with La Leche League, but I took this refresher so that I can support my daughter-in-law, about to have her first baby. Thank you for offering this great class.

I really liked the breastfeeding class. I took it when my baby was 2 weeks old and I do wish I had done it sooner, but he came 3 weeks early! The lactation consultant in the videos was clear and I saved many of the handouts and looked back at them when I had questions. It was easy to navigate.

Helpful videos in very bite sized pieces.

This course has been super helpful so far! Still have a couple more classes to go, but it has been really informative. I also like that it has takeaway PDFs I can quickly reference if I have a specific question. I also love the birth preferences and what to pack in your hospital bag checklists! Takes some of the stress of the unknown away from this first-time mama.
