Responsive and kind seller ... until the payback limit is reached and they can scam your money.

They kept answering that their supplier was a bit late but the item would arrive ; and then the customs stucked the order. How convenient.
This page says it's located in USA but it's in the Philippines.

Paypal payback are only 2 months so it fooled me. I can't get my payback and the shop stopped reply when the payback limit was reached.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE. 100% SCAM.

No response to any emails re my preorder, which they never got back in touch about. Unprofessional and slack. Stay away.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just like others who posted a review here, I had to request a charge-back on PayPal because they didn’t ship my item, they just ignored ALL my emails when I asked about the order status and never responded once.

I pre-ordered something 2 month ago and I asked for some updates a month ago when it released and they have yet to respond even though I’ve already emailed them 3 times

Pre-ordered and I (foolishly) fully paid for figures back in May 2023. Figures were released. July 2023 they let me know that the items will arrive to them and be ready for shipping in August 2023. I was very patient with them. I contacted them when they stopped updating me and did not ship out my items. They pushed the timeframe stating there were some issues and again I was willing to wait. November 2023 I had to reach out again to get an update and they again told me the figures are on their way. December 2023 I checked again but they have stopped responding to me. I figure maybe it was the holidays so I gave them some more time to respond. I contacted them via email and their official Facebook store messenger. January 2024 I kept contacting them but they have completely ignored and ghosted me completely. I have been requesting a refund if they cannot provide and deliver but they have never responded to me again. They probably thought it was too late for buyer protection to kick in and that they were in the clear. Luckily my credit card company issued the chargeback and took care of me. I hope everyone stays far away from them and do not fall into the same scam I did. They will be very responsive and helpful up until you run out of time for buyer protection. It's very tough when it comes to a figure hobby since you have to pre-order very early on and your buyer protection will usually run out by the time a figure releases. You need to buy from a reputable company that won't take advantage of that and these guys CANNOT BE TRUSTED! Also they recently removed their review section on their Facebook due to negative reviews they did not want people to see! That speaks for itself on how slimy these guys are. The reviews on their own website is done through "judge.me" and it's a review platform that allows the seller to not publish nor show any of the negative reviews. What is even the point then? They are assisting in the scamming operation at that point. We are just surrounded by corruption with these guys.

In case anyone was wondering why it took so long for me to post this review of my experience. This is how long it took for me to finalize all my chargeback paperwork and stuff. It took SOOOO long to get my money back. Don't buy from them! Don't go through what I did. You're welcome.
