A small business that deserves so much

A small business that deserves so much more recognition.

Jo has been absolutely amazing. She answered my query within minutes, dispatched my item instantly and this was delivered within 24 hours from purchase (free of charge!)

After being messed around by another larger and well known online baby store (who still have my money without providing me my product) I was left on the hunt to try and locate a retailer who had in stock the product I required. I stumbled across Jo's shop and I honestly wish I had found it sooner. The customer service is outstanding, the product was actually cheaper as I didn't pay next day delivery and I was kept informed with delivery times etc. I will definitely be shopping again with Jo and supporting small businesses, you feel a lot more valued as a customer. Thank you again Jo x

Great delivery and explanation on Tick Tok

Ordered 4 items and arrived within time frame, great service. Purchases exceeded expectIons and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Delivery was within the original time…

Delivery was within the original time frame but I received emails telling me the parcel would arrive on a certain day and it did not arrive that day, it arrived the next

Hi Janice thank you for your order but you ordered at 3.40pm Wednesday it says in our delivery information order before 11.30am for next day delivery. All our parcels are collected at 1pm so yours was collected Thursday and delivered Friday so you did get next day delivery. Thanks Jo
