My daughter couldn’t love the playhouse more than she does…( although I think I love it more than she does ) what little girl wouldn’t want one !!
So well made , the team who built it were amazing too . It’s definitely built to last.
Can absolutely recommend this company. Yes you can buy cheaper but this is the Rolls Royce of playhouses so you won’t regret the investment .

I’m the customer who had The Little Pickles village (5 playhouses) which I personally spent a lot of time designing the outside area not to mention expense on furnishing the insides. Initially I was so pleased with them and Kevin and his team were good! My problem is i have had them since May 2021 and from the first winter I have had nothing but issues, they leak and the biggest problem is mould,. They are a complete health hazard for which I will not let the grandchildren in. To date I haven’t even got 6 months out of them without having to do some work, this spring being the worse! It is costing a lot to try and get them to a standard so the kids can play in them. I have had to throw away so many toys that were in them due to mould. In fairness to Kevin, he has revisited a few times to try and sort the problem but nothing has worked and this year having seen the state of them and watching toys etc end up in a skip I sent a video to him showing him the state of them and expressing how upset and utterly disappointed we are due to the fact the kids can’t play in them plus the money it all cost. I have since sent 2 more emails and been ignored on all occasions. We have followed his instructions of wiping down a few times a year plus I like to disinfect everything on opening them up and closing down for winter. I have never been abusive when contacting just upset that I have wasted so much money on them for very little gain, garden sheds don’t come with these issues!
As it stands I do not believe they are worth the money even though they look good, they certainly do not weather well and I think better quality materials should be used! I have been so patient in the past with promises to come and fix them then to have to chase, to being cancelled due to other work commitments or fit in when they are in the area (when summer is nearly over)
So very disappointed!!!!

Amazing company . The Rolls Royce of garden playhouses . Cannot fault anything .Kevin was brilliant at replying to emails straight away. Delivery was fast and the playhouse looks incredible . My daughter spends hours in there!

Absolutely flawless service experience by Kevin and his team at TinyTown Playhomes. Brilliant communication and exceeded my expeditions with the end result. I would 10000% recommended. If you’re thinking of getting a Playhouse do not hesitate to get one from Kevin. You will not be disappointed!

Our playhouse is 5 years old now and still going strong. We had it repainted last year due to general weathering. The roof is in perfect condition along with it remaining waterproof inside.
My daughter is now 9 and it has become a den with beanbags and cushions. It has wifi so she is very happy and it’s still being used.
This was a great investment and no doubt will still be standing strong in another 5 years.
We had excellent communication with Kevin throughout the process.
This is a product I would 100% recommend.

I could not be happier with both the playhouse and Kevin. He completed my playhouse and shop combination within 10 days as I was late ordering for my daughter’s birthday. Communication was superb- even replying late at night with any questions I had. He came along and worked all day to finish and was extremely professional. I would truly recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly “wow” playhouse or garden house and true professionalism. Thank you so much again Kevin!

Amazing the guys where on time and clean and tidy while fitting And may I add so so clever each house is hand made and you get to pick the colours and little details if you wish and house it self wow is all I can say, totally stunning and every child’s dream xx

We’ve had our house a couple of years now it is worth every £! My children love it. The quality is second to none! They get them built so quickly and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish we had space for more of their amazing unique designs!

We are delighted with the playhouse we bought for our daughters birthday in April 2019. It is of excellent quality, and we love the detail and personalisation. Kevin kept us up to date throughout the process. We couldnt have it pre built due to restricted access at our property so he came up and delivered it personally and talked my husband through the assembly. We couldnt ask for better service. My daughter was thrilled, it is a lovely feature to the garden and has become quite the talking point with visitors including our postman!

Kevin and team at Tiny Town just created and built me another stunning garden building - my second in 2 years. There's much more scope for personalisation with them than with other companies and he digitises and assembles everything off site in his workshop to minimise time needed on site. Great people and very thorough and perfectionist and really the only people I would ever trust for this type of job.

What a fantastic company!
From start to finish, I have no complaints at all. My enquiries were handled quickly and with great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order and we worked together on timings for delivery which I rest appreciated as I was having some work done in the garden.
The playhouse was delivered and constructed by Kev and his son - they worked quickly and competently and checked things with me as appropriate. The quality of the playhouse is second to none, my girls absolutely love it and have been playing in it non stop since it arrived!
Thank you so much to you both, we love it so much and the kids will have years of play with it I’m sure. I’ve never seen playhouses like yours before or since - you should be really proud of what you do.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would! They take your money then don’t deliver and fob you off with all sorts of excuses. Been waiting for a playhouse for over 6 months and still have nothing but 4 very disappointed children! Avoid at all costs and find a more reputable company to buy from
