Order was better than described. Came boxed and wrapped well. Communication was as expected.

Sent my tipm in for warranty repair. Fuel pump pin (bottom of the board for the harness connection) was fixed but the main concern (hvac blower motor fuse spade connection) was not fix or failed immediately. Put the tipm back into my pickup after receiving it from repairs blower motor did not turn on.

Ordering was easy through the website. I did have one question and called. The woman I spoke with was terrific. The process was very easy and the BCM we ordered fixed the issue without the need to program.

Mak's went above and beyond to help me with my TIPM issue! Hopefully I never need another, but if I do, this will be my first choice!

We purchased a tipm from this company and everything went great, roughly a year later or a little under we are having issues again, they did not hesitate to send us a warranty replacement very easy to work with will continue to do business with this company

The repair was incredibly quick. When I called in to ask questions, the person who answered was able to provide answers with firsthand knowledge. They took my concerns seriously.

Got TIPM back in a timely fashion, technician installed and everything seemed great. Until we realized the headlights will now come on, but won't go off anymore. Diagnostic procedure revealed a faulty TIPM once again. Not sure what happened but this company is hard to get a hold of and sent us back a bad TIPM. We're an auto repair shop and these are discontinued from the dealer and unavailable aftermarket, so we figured a rebuilt one is the next best option. I guess we were wrong... I just hope we can get in contact with someone who can help us get a working part. Our shop phone number is 314-895-4455. We would love it if someone could help us out.

The whole process was simple, ordering, the installation and the final function. All of the problems I was experiencing with my truck were resolved. It’s really just plug and play.

Helpful, quick and easy

I was told I needed a new TIPM for over $2,000 by a repair facility. Started looking around and found MAK's. On sale I ordered a repair for my TIPM on a Monday. MAKs sent a prepaid mailing label that day. I got emails notifying me of receipt, assignment to technician and completion of repair all by Friday of that week. Got the TIPM back the following Monday. I even asked a couple of questions by email along the way and they were answered promptly. I have never seen better customer service from a company and I was happy with the quality of the repair.

Had a problem with the TIPM purchased 10 months ago and they sent me another one right away with return shipping covered to return the warranty item.

Had no problem with warranty issues, they readily replaced the part and were very helpful.

Truly a great company that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction.
