A happy ending
I cannot praise Dan at Tipping & Webb highly enough. When my house sale fell through 2 days before exchange of contracts I was in despair. Dan looked at all my options, found a bridging loan solution and got my purchase back on track. Most importantly, he removed all the stress and worry at what was a very difficult time in my life.
Two months on, my old house has sold, bridging loan repaid and I am settled in the house I was desperate not to lose. A happy ending, all thanks to Dan.

Faultless, going the extra mile (and then some!)
We have had the pleasure of being looked after by Lisa for helping us with our mortgage on our first home.

Amy has been a shining light throughout our house purchase and has removed so much stress! Initially we struggled with a different broker and were in a pickle. Amy took our information and provided us with all possible options and eased our worries. Since then, everything has been plain and simple and any issues we have had, Amy has solved with haste.
Not only is Amy professional and great at her job, she also supports you with any issues throughout the process and is a lovely person.

Amy the amazing advisor
Amy had been the most amazing mortgage advisor. She helped me buy my first home, and as a first time buyer was so patient and helpful (and had a great sense of humour). She got a great deal at a great rate. When it was time to buy my next home, she was my first phone call. She was on it right away sourcing the best rates possible. She was one step ahead of the rising interest rates and quickly locked in several options for us, and stepped in to help manage some complicated issues with my (self employed) partners application. Honestly, I can’t rate her highly enough. She’s works quickly, speaks clearly and takes a lot of stress out of the situation. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Amy you legend!!
Amy was amazing sorting our mortgage to buy our forever home. We used Amy when we bought our first house and she was amazing then but this time she has been absolutely incredible. Not having the most easy chain to deal with Amy secured our mortgage at an amazing rate, just when we thought it would all fall apart, Amy worked her magic and and saved our dreams.. literally. Amy made the whole process easy for us. She was so thorough. Very organised, and went above and beyond to help us.
The whole turnaround was incredibly quick due to Amy. We have used Amy on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. She's also lovely to communicate with, which helps when dealing with a stressful mortgage application.

Stress Free, Hassle Free Amazing Service
Having had a few financial strains over the last few years I was really beginning to panic about my upcoming re-mortgage and got myself into a bit of a state. However I contacted Amy and immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and not only did Amy sort my Re-Mortgage with zero stress or hassle she has managed to make recommendations that save me hundreds of pounds a month! Which really had turned my finances around!
