A beautiful shelf that compliments any space. Sturdy, simple and of really high quality. The whole process, from placing the order, to the delivery, to the installation - all were easy and hassle free.

I purchased a desk from Tiptoe months ago, and it has been a nightmare of replacements and structural failures.

Initial Delivery: The tabletop arrived damaged. While they did send a replacement with better protection, it was only the start of the issues.

The Drawers: I had to wait for the drawers to come back into stock. When they finally arrived, they were both dented and physically bent.

Ongoing Issues: Tiptoe replaced the faulty drawers, but after just a few months of light use, the new units started bending. They are now completely jammed and unusable—even though I’ve kept nothing in them except for paper.

The most frustrating part is the Customer Support. They simply do not care about the recurring quality issues or the fact that the product is failing under almost zero load.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind its craftsmanship.

Shipping company lost my sofa and Tiptoe its not giving me any solutions, its been more than a month and I’be scammed for more than 2000 euros

I found Tiptoe through a Google search and purchased a pair of high table legs, wall brackets and a wall shelving unit. The products arrived in good time, really well packaged and I was quite surprised by the quality. I had also made a mistake with the order and received really great support from customer service. Finally, the products look great. I highly recommend Tiptoe!

I love the product but the delivery experience was poor possibly because I’m in the United Kingdom.

Updating again:
One month after table top delivered and still waiting for legs.
Customer care not pro active or care and I need to follow up with them.
Got a tracking link that doesn’t work. Reached out again to learn that it will be updated by carrier.
Now I am checking every day. Still nothing. Instead of working on a desk in the office I am sitting at the dining table.

No compensation not even an apology for the bad experience
I regret buying what now is an overpriced desk.

I receive the order:
1. Boxes and parts wrapped with nylon unprofessionally. But ok let’s move on.
2. The legs are missing. Not surprising with how they bundle thee parts together.
3. Customer care solved the issue within 5 days and will send new legs.

Aufgrund des tollen Designs und der stabilen Qualität der Hocker, die wir zuhause haben, wollte ich mein neues Homeoffice gleich mit Tiptoe einrichten. Ich habe länger nach Eichenregalen recherchiert und mich dann für die von Tiptoe entschieden. Auf der deutschen Webseite wurde immer von Holz, Eiche und von lackiertem Holz gesprochen, so wie bei den Hockern. Nur: die Hocker sind aus Vollholz, die das Regal (obwohl es zu vgl. Preisen Vollholzregale gibt) sind aus FURNIER! Somit sieht das Regal zwar stilvoll, aber keineswegs hochwertig aus. Außerdem wollte ich Vollholz, passend zu anderen Möbeln (passt nicht zu Eiche Vollholz). Ich hatte alles genau gelesen, aber nirgends hätte man auf Furnier schließen können und auf keinen Bildern ist dies zu sehen.

Meine ganze Lieferung ist beim Beladen irgendwo in Frankreich oder Deutschland runtergefallen, daher gab es ein Hin- und Her bei der Lieferung, ich musste spontan zwei Urlaubstage nehmen, ich musste zwei kaputte Paletten annehmen (und mich selbst um die Entsorgung kümmern) und es waren einzelne Regalbretter beschädigt. Hinzukommt, dass sich aufgrund eines Produktionsfehlers ich eine der Schubladen nicht aufbauen kann. Ich war im Kontakt mit TipToe (die mir die Regalbretter ersetzen wollten), der dann abgebrochen wurde als ich das Thema Furnier ansprach. Es hieß nur kurz auf der englischen Webseite stünde es, das es sich um Furnier handle. Das weiß ich nicht, aber ich habe die gesamte deutsche Seite gespeichert und natürlich dürfen die offiziellen Übersetzungen inhaltlich nichts anderes sagen.

Anmerkung: auch der Kundenservice ist nur auf Englisch, was für mich kein Problem ist, aber ein sein könnte.

Jetzt sitze ich hier – 6 Wochen nach Bestellung – mit einem großen Schrank, der kein Vollholz ist und den ein hässliches Loch prägt, wo eigentlich eine Schublade auf den Schienen sitzen sollte.... und bei Tiptoe herrscht Stille...

I initially chose Tiptoe to furnish my new home office because I was impressed with the design and solid quality of the stools I already have at home. After researching oak shelving options, I decided to go with Tiptoe. The German website consistently highlighted wood, oak, and lacquered wood, much like the stools. However, there was a key difference: the stools are made of solid wood, while the shelves (despite there being solid wood options at similar price points) are made of veneer!
While the shelf looks stylish, it certainly doesn't feel high-quality. I was expecting solid wood to match my other furniture, but unfortunately, the veneer doesn’t complement my solid oak pieces. I reviewed the product information carefully, but there was no mention of veneer anywhere, nor were there any pictures that would have suggested this.
Additionally, my delivery was mishandled—apparently, it fell somewhere in France or Germany during loading. This caused delays, forcing me to take two unexpected days off work. When the items finally arrived, I received two broken pallets (which I had to dispose of myself), and some of the shelves were damaged. To make matters worse, a production error meant I couldn't assemble one of the drawers.
I reached out to Tiptoe's customer service, which initially offered to replace the damaged shelves. However, once I mentioned the veneer issue, I received no further response. It's worth noting that their customer service is only available in English, which may be a challenge for some customers.
Now, six weeks after placing my order, I'm left with a large shelf and a sideboard that aren’t made from solid wood as I expected, a gaping hole where a drawer should sit, and several damaged shelves. Unfortunately, Tiptoe has stopped responding altogether, leaving me in a frustrating and unsatisfactory situation.

Quick delivery, good quality, nice design. I recommend.

One table leg was damaged a little and I got the response, that I will get a new one within 30 minutes. The table leg arrived 2 days later in Germany.

I got kitchen stools from this business. Good quality. Great customer service.

It started with the order. While placing the order the sites lists vat charges but not custom chargers which you're required to pay after the order. Not providing clarity when customers are ordering is lazy.
When they arrived (quite quickly, so that's a plus) the quality in no way reflects the price. I really like the idea but paint is flaky and the legs I received are both slightly different heights. Tiptoe don't accept returns or refunds.

Purchased TipToe table legs three and a half years ago via website madeindesign.com - one leg is rusty. The paint peeled off to reveal rust underneath, which makes me think, it was already there to some degree and therefore the paint did not properly adhere. This is not an inexpensive product, and this poor quality is wholly unexpected as a result. Certainly not made to last.

Super happy with my table legs and two stools from the heju collaboration. Very stable and I have now used them for 2 art fairs since they are so easy and quick to mount/unmount.

Nice purchase experience. The support is efficient and responsive. The table I have purchased is fantastic. Very good experience.

Great table! We bought the round Venezia coffee table (comes with three legs and a recycled plastic plate). Look and feel are high quality! Also it’s very stable. We love it. So far we can‘t say anything about the scratch and stain sensitivity.
Also the customer service was great, helped us with all our requests in short time. Absolutely recommended!

After my relocation in Paris, i kind of furnished my whole appartement with tiptoe furnitures, which was suite expensive but definitely worth the value (and brought me admirative comments from my visiting friends).
