Still haven’t received goods 4 months later.
No refund & no contact even thought I’ve emailed hundreds of times. It’s a scam.

I ordered a dress on 20th September that cost $69.95 and it still hasn't arrived. Disgusting business ethics. Another Chinese company ripping off hard working people and stealing their money

Total scam - ordered a dress and told of shipping delays when i chased it up. FOUR MONTHS AGO. They've stopped responding to my emails. Do not purchase, I haven't found a single legitimate happy customer for these criminals.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS!! I ordered a dress over 4 months ago and have been given the run around with the same responses! I then threatened to report them and they have told me that my refund is being processed. Its been over a week now and have emailed them asking for an update and they came back with 'Still working on it'. These guys should be shut down to stop scamming other customers!

My order was placed in September it is now the end of Nov. complete scam 7-10 business days to ship. Still processing in China. Don’t waste a cent. No reply from management no updates from team. Avoid!!

Guys this is a bad scam!! I purchased a blue dress that cost me over $90 Australian and I’ve been emailing them for 4 months now!! I’ve asked for a refund and why my dress has taken so long and they aren’t replying to me now. Was constantly saying “we’re so sorry we will contact the supplier and get back to you” but never ONCE got back to me!! It was the poorest customer care ever and such a scam. Avoid at all costs!! Maggots

Scam! I had to get my bank involved to try and recover my money. I placed an order two months ago, with a supposed shipping time of 7-10 business days. The order never arrived, and when I asked for a refund, Tiraha's customer support completely stopped responding. Avoid this site at all costs.

What a scam! I ordered a dress in August, they advised 10-12 business days delivery. It is now November and I still don’t have it. Have followed up several times with little or no response to my emails. Have contacted them 7 times and asked for a refund and they ignore my requests. I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank 🙄

A SCAM! TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET IN CONTACT AND NOTHING. ITS BEEN 2.5MONTHS NOW!

Terrible experience. My order took over a month to arrive, and I have had to repeatedly follow up. The tracking site is beyond suspicious, item is shipped from China. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the advertised product, very cheap and tacky. Customer service asked me to follow refund instructions which I did, yet I hadn’t heard anything back in a month. I ordered this in August it is now November and still working on getting my money back. Absolute scam!

Tiraha store is a scam. I paid for a dress 2 months ago and it was never shipped, I have tried multiple times to contact customer service with no response. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Company is a scam. Beware!!
They will take your money and never send the goods, they won’t process a refund or respond to requests for assistance.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
They run high volume intrusive adds on Instagram and Facebook selling what look like lovely dresses, however it’s a scam store based in China.
