Easy ordering process and fast delivery…

Easy ordering process and fast delivery along with Good pricing. My only complaint is that when trying to find an authorized tire installer. The nearest tire installer was 31 miles away. I live in a pretty high populated area and was surprised that I couldn't see anybody in my immediate area. I still just took them into a local tire shop and had them installed. 2 miles away.

Fedex lost 2 tires from my original…

Fedex lost 2 tires from my original order. I contacted Tire Agent and they opened an investigation. When there was no movement on the tires and I still didn't receive them, Tire Agent sent out another order of 2 tires so I didn't have to wait to see if I would receive thr original ones. They were very proactive in my issue and they fixed it for me

Too good to be true

I waited all day for my tires to be put on to be told the wrong tires were sent. Then one person reached out and said they would send me information the next day and everything would be taken care of within a certain amount of time , not true. First impression not good. So thanks but no I will just go a different route.

It was very fast and great

It was very fast and great. When I went to schedule the install, the website did not have a drop-down for selecting a Kia Sorento. I was told to select it as a pickup truck. Not impressed
