I get wrong tires. Diffrent brand diffrent size. After 7 days still nobody pick up wrong tires. Shity service !

Smooth, safe transaction and delivery. Cheapest prices available. No issues during or after sales.

Pros: This store offered cheapest price for the same tire on the market.

Cons: Slow delivery to Netherlands. It took 12 days.

Tires were sent on time to garage but personally I was not informed that tires have arrived nor by the garage neither by the tirendo itself.
Because I had an appoinmrnt for the car technical control in the week following my order, I order a new set of tires from another company that would deliver them on time for the technical control.
As a result I have an extra pair of tyres which I do not use.

All this could have been avoided very easily if Tirendo had written an email to me specifying the date at which the tyres would be delivered at the garage.

fast shipping, good price and an additional big plus for the help of the service - quick response. I will be their regular customer.

I ordered tires 2 weeks prior to needing them. The company assured me the they would arrive within 3-5 days. On the 7th day (without any notification from them) I called to ask what happened. The customer service told me they haven't even gone out of their storage and will arrive 4 weeks after the initial orderday. Disappointing.

10 days after ordering no communication and no tyres.No response to my e-mail query after 7 days. I phoned after 9 days. I got a un believable story of them not being able to contact the warehouse and that my tyres were still in Germany. My advice is shop elsewhere, ordered from Oponeo before, in 3 days had my tyres

I purchased 4 Michelin CrossClimate (225/45 R17 91V) tires. The only reason I ordered them from Tirendo was to get 91V which is more difficult to find. Normally, I would prefer another web site selling much cheaper than Tirendo, which is one of the most expensive ones.
They sent me 94W model tires, which make so much more noise and give noticeably tougher ride. When I asked replacement, I got a very rude email blaming me for not reading their policy. They rejected my request to replace the tires and offered me 40 euro. It was my worst online experience in NL and I recommend every one to stay away from those scammers.

After writing a review here saying I hadn't heard after 8 days about tyres that were due to be delivered in 2-3 days, I telephoned again the next day because I still hadn't received information.

I should add, I'd telephoned before ordering and been told the tyres were in stock and available.

On my previous call I'd been told the tyres were dispatched the day after I ordered. This time I was told I hadn't yet paid for them! I pointed out my email from Tirendo confirmed I'd paid by credit card. Again, I was told I couldn't do anything but would hear from Tirendo soon.

After another two days, I emailed Tirendo who three days later sent me an email telling me there was a technical delay and thanking me for my understanding. I pointed out I already knew there was a delay, and didn't understand at all as I'd been told nothing.

Today,13 days after ordering I received an email from Tirendo saying the tyres are not available, would refund my payment, and would I like to order a different product from their extensive catalogue?

You bet I wouldn't.
