Ordered four new tires
Ordered four new tires. They were ordered together, and paid for at the same transaction, but two arrived one day, and it took two more days for the others to arrive to my mechanic. Good tires, but delivery was lacking.

Don't shop here
You know, I had ordered from them once before. And I had no problem with anything. But that was years ago, this Tom ordering from them was a nightmare. The initial process was fine.
But when the tires actually showed up, it was only 2 of the 4 that I was expecting when I called to report the other two not being delivered. They told me that I had to wait and make sure they didn't show up yet both tracking numbers. That were issued for the tires. Coming in sets of 2. It had already been reported delivered so there was nothing else coming
When I try to explaining this, the person who didn't even speak English. Try to explain it to me why I was wrong. Which I knew I wasn't
I'm going on about a week now. Set the delivery was made, and I still don't have confirmation. That they're even gonna send me the other two tires. I was told I had to wait for them to do their investigation. I don't know why I would have to wait for them to investigate. Why somebody didn't deliver something? They were supposed to ship. It's clear that I didn't receive the package by the photo that was taken on my doorstep of only 2 tires. It doesn't matter why they didn't come or whose fault it was. It just matters that I didn't get the product that I paid for and am now owed
This will be my last shopping experience with this company. I have shop with other ones in the past and I had absolutely no problem one time. Somebody sent the wrong size tire and literally with just a short email. They can confirm they were sending out a whole new set along with shipping labels. For me to ship the tires, they had mistakenly sent to me back. I mean, it can just be that easy but not 4 tire, easy.
I guess they're not easy after all.

Tires arrived - a bit dirty
Tires arrived. I was expecting nicer packaging seeing as a paid $20 per tire to deliver to my home. They arrived as the bare tire covered in dust and dirt. But that’s not an issue as functionally they were new and what I had ordered.

All was great
All was great. Tire Easy Website was easy to follow and navigate and the lightning deals I got they had going on for a Sale was awesome, wish I would’ve got a 5th tire for my spare while the tires were in stock. Now Idk where to get them because everywhere now is out of stock till if more is made. Overall love my experience with the website Tire Easy and will buy again and recommend to others.
