Tisscare Foot Massager
Used it the day i got it. It worked great.
Multiple positions to massage feet (why I purchased it) calves, forearms. Multiple heat and time control buttons. Oh if you don’t want to use the manual functions, there’s a remote control unit as well.

I replaced a lost remote. When it came it was obviously used and chipped. The battery cover would not be removed and there were scratches where someone had tried to pry it with a tool. It cost $10 -- totally ridiculous. What a total waste. Very disappointed.

Ease of Use of Tisscare Foot Massager
I was very impressed with the product. It was easy to use, with or without the remote. Since I am a senior, the weight of the product for my age was a bit heavy. However, the massage choices were excellent. I am looking to using the product for a long time.
Solid product that actually makes a difference
We use this for both foot and calf massage. 20 minute cycle makes a difference and feels great. A bit bulky, but that is part of what makes it stable and so functional. Easily adjusted for positioning with seating/user changes.

Used and broken
Ordered foot and calf massager package came could tell it was someone else’s return could see spot label was cut off plus it was retaped with hair in tape opened unit to look at it which you could tell it was broken you could hear parts falling around inside you could see dead skin on it so clearly used no remote no manual nothing call customer service all they want is information they never sent me and then tell me I will have to wait until after spring break to get it cleared up it’s only February how long do I need to wait this was 200 dollars

My wife is very happy with the product. She gets cramps a lot and it really helps.
The quality of the product not good the machine working but heating not working at all.
I am looking a foot massage when I saw it in FB this Tisscare massager machine with promotion then I grab it I ordered quickly.
When I received the item I'm so excited to used it. But I really feel Disappointed because the heating is not working. I press manually not working I used the remote still not working disappointed.
I send EMAILS several times about my complain in TISSCARE regarding the machine because the heating not working, really feel sad they are very slow to do the action. Until now I don't get any action regarding this matter from this company.
How I can change it. No action at all they send me same message keep asking same things until I feel tired sending an email very bad experience buying online this company all I can say waste of money Because difficult to change the item if you have complained hard to reach on them😡😡😡 after almost 1 month keep sending them an email finally they asked me 50 euro refund rather I return back the item what can I do I accepted rather nothing....
Anyway thank you Tisscare for 50 euro refund not bad.
