I loved

Over 1 MONTH to ship then package arrives SMASHED to bits. This is the very last time I ever buy anything from a mom & pop website ! I needed this 3 weeks ago for a birthday present that never arrived ontime.

Love all the figures. I used to buy the generic ones, and they were not as good as the real thing. They are fun, posable, and fairly durable. When I have had issues, Titan13 always gets back to me and tries to solved them. Will definitely keep ordering from them.

I ordered the figure but received no conformation for over a month. Then it took another month for the figure to arrive and the doll shipped assembled except for the feet. The first foot snapped on fine but the second foot broke in half when assembling. ….. chi-shit.. tell your kid NO.

I think the shipping does take really long which can be improved but the toys are great despite the prices.

These variety of action figures are probably the best things I have found these are so fun take off so much time off your hands and the quality is so good

When I got gamma jack and metro man t13 figure's one of gamma Jack's arm was a little loose on the top to connect it to the figure so I tried to fix it and it snapped right off and it did go back but when I take it off the piece kept falling out the shoulder piece then today the metro man arm did the same thing and now it dosent work anymore.

As soon as I sent an email about my package not being shipped out yet they shipped it right away.

I have tried to contact them regarding my sons order with no reply. Pay $90 for the Kaiju, almost a month later and it rocks up, then my excited son opens the package and the box is smashed up and ONE ARM IS BROKEN which he can't put it on! We are very disappointed, waited and long time for his delivery only to be disappointed. I will not be buying from you guys again.

Now I don't know if I will still be able to get in but when my titan13 came the box was smushed on top and bottom and the arm with like the hook feels like it's loose but it still works and it's fun.

The delivery on these figures is ridiculous. I kept emailing the company and received very polite replies and I did get an offer of a refund but my grandson was so excited about them I decided to hold on.
They arrived 9 weeks after ordering. My grandson is very upset as they are not fit for purpose. The limbs fall off continually on one figure and are extremly loose on the other. He reckons we've been scammed!
I have emailed the company about our concerns.

Absolute joke. My mom spends 60 dollars and titan 13 in all its greatness proceeds to give a faulty tracking number. It has been 5 weeks and I get excited when I see an ups truck just to be met with the fact that is has not been processsed yet. It will be atleast another 2 months before it arrives. If I do get something, it will probably be a pillow

Great figures with alot of joints, its also super posable and really fun to play around with the hands! Its just a little over-priced, but i think that this figure is of high quality and has alot of potential

Haven't got it yet but I can get a free T13 writing a review so Titan 13 I would be very happy👍

I love this company super fun and creative figures, the only problem is that it takes long to get them, but overall great company and figures so keep it up 👍
