Excellent quality of product (tactical pen). Speed of service and customer service also both excellent.

Dean was just outstanding.
I had ordered one of the products and he knew that I had to take a flight out and I needed the product before that and he very kindly drove one hour into London to give me the product.
It's the best service I've experienced in London

I will start by saying I am just a father who is trying my best to protect my family.

My wife was the one that found titan depot without my knowledge and she has been thinking about buying for a few months due to the anti social behaviour we have been having.

The anti social behaviour we have been experiencing is scary, worrying and it's horrible.

We have been subjected to an arson attack, sexual harrasment, threats, our 2 year old daughter was threatened and my 67 year old severely disabled mother was threatened. Now we have been threatened with stabbings.

I came to titan depot for peace of mind, I came to protect myself and my family. Money is no option when it comes to protecting the ones you love.

I will be honest and say I tested the anti stab vest and it bent my knife....which now I have to hammer back out. My wife also wanted to punch me and I barely felt it...( Been wanting to do it all day ) my deepest thanks to Dean / titan depot, with knife crime sadly becoming more and more frequent and anti social behaviour becoming frequent. I urge you to protect your family....money is just money but you can't get a loved one back from a knife attack. The police are not living up to their position it's time we protect ourselves.

Again my deepest thanks to Dean the stab vest really works haha.

One last thing. Do NOT listen to the ridiculous an absolutely disgusting reviews on here or any anywhere else.

Mediocre products yet you’re supposed to pay return costs as well as further postage costs to them otherwise they won’t replace your items; as if it’s our fault that their products are of inferior quality. Customer service is a joke, you’ll be lucky if you got any response to your emails. Sizer are also wrong. Best to avoid!!!

1- I purchased a scarf and pair of gloves, why I only complained about the gloves and not the scarf ?
2- I never used the gloves, the first pair was too small and wouldn’t fit, the second pair - defective.
3- I didn’t use the second pair either, I took it out of the package and noticed the stitches had come off hence I contacted you. Even if I agree with you for the sake of it that I did use the gloves as you have stated then it proves my original premise that your products are of mediocre quality lasting only for weeks. I’ve seen other negative reviews to the same effect.
4- I paid for postage and also return costs yet you send out a defective item and then wanted me to repeat the whole process again which I deemed unfair.
5- And I also own small business and I always ensure my customers are happy even if I have to go extra mile at times, I haven’t gone bankrupt yet, in fact our turnover doubled last year and is projected to grow even further this year.

I spoke with Dean at Titan depot today about body armour specifically for women. He was very helpful and gave me information about different body armour and sent me links to websites. Thank you Dean :)

UPDATE 28-06-22: Dean from the customer service at Titan Depot contacted me via email, he offered to replace the shirt and include a free pair of gloves.

I needed to swap the long sleeve anti slash t-shirt for a Medium. As per the returns policy, I sent the parcel signed special delivery but nobody at the address picked it up according to the post office site. I contacted the team via email multiple times and on the sites contact page. I had no reply. I've had to have the long sleeve shirt that doesn't fit re-delivered to my own address.

Like many others out there i have been watching a worrying growing trend in knife attacks etc on the news. I discovered Titan Depot by accident and have since bought a kevlar hoodie (which is lovely and warm to wear) as well as level 5 cut proof gloves that are my every day carry as they are also warm for winter. I have also bought pairs for family and friends. No complaints from me at all and i even got a discount for being sent the wrong item. Can't do fairer than that.

Nothing but good words here. Dean at Titan has been a dream to be in contact with, he has sorted every problem I’ve had out no questions asked and even kept in contact once his work was done. Customer service speaks volumes and this remarkable experience means I most definitely will be doing business again with you guys! My order came well packaged and is very good quality for the price! Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful with my return as I ordered a size to big, Fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

ordered gloves which arrived but did not fit. Sent them back however I am still waiting for either refund or replacement gloves after 4 months. Off to court it is for me!
I would advise that potential customers use Bladerunner which are much more more efficient and honest. Titan is a one man band with a glossy website - don't be fooled!

Interesting shirts and hoodies which look normal on the outside, but have a protective layer underneath. Good for that extra hidden protection when visiting weirder parts of the town without making yourself look like a puffy Michelin Man. Titan were also good at sorting out a Royal Mail delivery issue that Royal Mail were not interested in.

Can't fault. Speedy delivery. Haven't unpacked or used the gloves yet but already have one pair the same, so that should say something.

The item didnt work or I couldn't figure out out but refunded me with no problem and communication was good so especially in these circumstances that's why they get 5 star

well while wearing your hoodies i was shot at repeatedly with small arms fire, and the bullets did not pierce the skin, people in north carolina high point are in insane shooting at each other all the time the worst experience in god forsaken north carolina, was having my leg blown off by a barret .50 calibre armor piercing sniper rifle and being shot in the pelvis by a barret sniper rifle point blank range, less than three meters, the thirty 30-06 308 armor piercing round, it was really scary it made my shoulder ache with being shot at close range, then i got shot at approximately 45 times with a 9 mm pistol, a couple of times in the chest , shot in the head in greensboro nc behind cracker barrel on wendover , nearly bleeding to death at the marriott in greensboro downtown after being shot by 9 mm pistols in the back yard nearly dieing in greensboro again after being stabbed behind bleeding on the bedspread at the marriott in downtown greensboro again

Class made slight mistake in order but was fixed in one e-mail
