After finding Titan a few years back we wouldn't use anyone else.
Recently had a brand new boiler fitted and old one removed.
As always brilliant service prompt courteous and explained each step of the way what they were doing.
Any problems encounter were rectified promptly and explained to me.
Very professional and knowledgeable.

A tradesperson from Titan fitted our new boiler, and was so friendly and professional. Last week, the same tradesperson came straight out to me the same day that my boiler 'failed', and it turned out I'd done something really stupid and the boiler wasn't faulty at all. He was so kind and professional not to laugh or be fed up at all for coming all the way out to us, when he discovered the cause of the problem was actually a silly and obvious thing that I had done! Thank you again Titan, for your professionalism and amazing customer service!

We needed a new boiler and found this business online which was conveniently close. The service from the initial visit, quotation and completion of job was faultless. They were prompt, efficient, polite, tidy and kept us updated throughout. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We found this company on Checkatrade originally and booked them on the basis of their great reviews. We weren't disappointed and now wouldn't use anyone else. We booked them to modernise our entire heating system, which they did flawlessly whilst we were on holiday. I was expecting to come back to chaos and mess but the place was spotless. We have now moved into a larger property and will be using Titan Heating Solutions to revamp the entire heating system here as well.
Mike, the owner of the company, is unfailingly punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to help us out when our boiler broke down at the new house and I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone.

Had a 5* visit from Mike today. So pleased with the work he undertook sorting out the loss of pressure in our system. He then did a service on our boiler and found a gas leak!! Thank goodness Mike was there, he found out where it was, sorted and tested it for us. Such a friendly guy (who accepted that I know very little about the workings!!) Mike was clear in explaining options for replacement boiler and replacing the old micro-bore pipe system.

Mike is always efficient, quick, tidy and reliable. We use him regularly and have always been happy.

A trusted plumber is worth their weight in gold and Michael/Titan Heating is therefore worth a small fortune. He has done all sorts of work for us, from boiler services, plumbing in a dishwasher to sorting out a major leak from a mains pipe. Every time it is a first class experience from start to finish. He provides support and advice to diagnose issues and is prompt to come out. His work is first rate and he always keeps you aware of what is being done in a timely manner. However what sets him apart from the rest is his absolute honesty. He will do work to the highest standard, but as and when needed. He won't do unnecessary work and given his high level of professional knowledge, he will always advise on alternative or more cost effective options if available. In that sense, he is completely trust-worthy and you know you are always getting the absolute best value for money. In a landscape where there are so many contractors with a host of online reviews and adverts, we would truly not go anywhere else for any of our heating and plumbing work. You won't find a better service or better value for money, from a trustworthy professional that knows his stuff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can't recommend Michael highly enough. His work is of a very high standard and nothing is ever too much trouble, from installing a boiler and central heating system in what can at best be described as, 'less than ideal' conditions, to talking me through a niggle with a water pressure drop early on a Sunday morning. Michael is always punctual, polite, friendly and thoroughly professional, and you couldn't fault his attitude or his work: first class!

Mike and his team helped me out of a desperate situation five years ago when my old boiler packed up in the middle of winter. Complete new heating system installed - went above and beyond to complete it as an emergency within a week. Since then I have called on him on a number of occasions for plumbing jobs. He also services the boiler each year. Always excellent and prompt service, no mess, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend titan heating. We bought a new house and the previous owners had not cared for their central heating system and we needed a new boiler and loads of work. New boiler installed and work done to make our new home safe... I cannot recommend mike and his team enough... excellent service thank you.

Titan Heating Solutions are superb! I first used them for a boiler service and have continued to do so. I contacted Mike yesterday as my DIY attempt to replace our external soil pipe system didn’t go to plan and I needed fairly urgent assistance to restore the ‘workings’ of our house! Mike and his colleague Lee attended today within 24 hours of my call. They were both well presented, polite and efficient. Before I knew it my new pipework had been repaired and they even went on to assist with the installation of the other parts, making it all look effortless. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mikes Knowledge of heating systems and boilers is brilliant. He delivers cracking customer service and as a company we have enlisted mikes help on a number of occasions. We know he won’t let us down and he always delivers on his service to us.

Had titan come out to our house in goxhill to look at installing a split system nest control and also to sort out a bodged job from someone else on our flow for the gas.

Cannot rate him highly enough, really nice to talk too, friendly, knew his stuff and was reasonably priced. Came when he did and did not leave a mess at all. Cannot fault him
