Ordered and paid for a comic from this site, which was not received after a month from purchase, even though the delivery time was between 5 to 7 days. Contacted them twice and never received a response on either occasion. After believing I was scammed from this company, I left a 1 star review to warn others about my experience. I have now received the item, 6 weeks after placing the order, so have edited this review to reflect this.

I have been subscribing to Star Wars Insider for over 15 years with no issues until recently - last year l paid a 2-year subscription and the magazine not only stopped coming after a few initial sporadic late deliveries,but the company doesn't bother to reply at all. Basically they are keeping my money and pretending l don't exist.

Stay away from this company - I cancelled an order and for 4 months have been trying to get a refund.
No one responds to my emails and Omeda the mediator company can't help either.
If I see Titan publishing on anything I refuse to buy it.
They should be held responsible

What a frustrating and awful company. Literally no care for customer service at all. I’ve been waiting for a magazine I subscribed to for 6 months. It’s literally 6 months late. I’ve phoned Titan on numerous occasions and they just don’t care. Not one person has offered to look into the problem or tried to help. Not one person has apologised. They talk to you like it’s your fault. They take literally no responsibility at all. Don’t even bother trying to get a refund. Awful.

Have a year subscription. They've only got the magazine mailed correctly once. One time they sent me the same magazine 3 times. Can't figure out why Disney uses this company since they're not reliable at all.

I contacted when a magazine did not arrive and they ducked the issue since I did quote the wrong magazine name but giving them my bank reference of the withdrawal in their favour.
It was not until National Geographical for Kids told me to get back and ask what I had ordered did they come back with the answer very fast.

I had a subscription with this company, which was regularly delivered without any problem. I was notified that the magazine I had subscribed to could not be provided any more and I was given the option of either switching my subscription to another magazine or to receive a refund for the remaining orders that they cannot fulfil.

I chose the refund option. This is where the issues begin. The company seems unable to provide this refund to me! After 5 months of e-mails, asking for a refund which they have stated that they owe, I do not have a refund.

I cannot resolve this. They do not refund. Please avoid this company at all costs.

UPDATE: REFUND FINALLY RECEIVED FEB 2021. REFUND WAS EXPECTED OCT 2019. TWO YEARS LATE, BUT NOW RESOLVED.

Having purchased a subscription to the Flash magazine I am still waiting for my first one even though it has been and gone in the shops. Titan make the excuse it's the publishers and they can't get a response. Surely if you subscribe you should get the comic when or near when it is out in the shops. Surely titan should be able to get further information for me rather than just fobbing me off.

After purchasing a subscription to the incorrect comic I attempted to cancel my subscription, despite offering to pay for the issue I had received and pay any cancellation fee, the customer service team were incredibly rude, stating that "we don't do refunds" and offering no other help or suggestion.

Upon further research, I have come to understand that Titan Magazines has had some bad press before, I now understand why. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
