From the initial phone call, setting up the blood test, and then seeing the medical provider. It was a smooth process all in all and everyone treated me very well, and the medical provider was knowledgeable and did not rush me through the telemedicine visit as I had a lot of questions. I have been places before where they push you through in 5 minutes so that was a relief. Just got my first month and everything has been going great and the titan team has been there with support when I needed it.
