Amazing very friendly, knowledgeable 😃😃😃

I recently had the opportunity to see the clinical audit feature in Titan PMR, and I was really impressed. Nas took the time to walk me through the system and clearly demonstrated how intuitive and powerful the audit tools are. The platform makes it easy to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure clinical standards are met — all in one place.

Nas was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, practical way that highlighted how Titan PMR can make everyday clinical processes more efficient. Overall, a great experience — both with the software and the support provided by Nas.

Honestly can’t praise Titan PMR enough. Previously used Rxweb which did have a scanning system however so dated and slow, not easy to configure and work with at all, tried other PMR scanning systems like analyst but nothing as smooth and easy to use for staff. Easy to locate prescriptions wherever and now we have time to take on more services without being bogged down with checking. Would recommend to any contractor who is looking to modernise their systems and improve work flow / efficiency.

We have recently started the move to Titan from Proscript and it would not have been as smooth as it has gone without Nas. She has been so proactive and has really got to know our systems and processes to ensure a smooth transition. She has gone above an beyond in every aspect. It's an excellent system and so far all our teams like the system.

Saved significant amounts of time when ti comes to end of month and claiming. Repeat flow and batch flow are great.

It undoubtedly has some failings, much of these centre around the system being too rigid and not open to different ways of utilising certain funcitons / processes.

One thing that stoof out far beyond anything else I have experiences with alternative PMR's was the support. The titan implementation team, particularly Nas was incredible. She went above and beyond, replying to my emails well into the evening.

She works as though she owns a share of the company and quite frankly, with an implementation experience like that, Titan was easy to get used to

Nas was very helpful and made me have a clearer understanding of ordering stock as well as expired medication packages, we had titan back in July. I like how effective the ordering now and how titan will allow us to make less errors from scanning the barcodes of the drugs.

Been using titan for 2 months has really improved my work flow and given me time away from the pharmacy which I couldnt do before. Maj and Nas were brilliant in training.

A big, big thanks to Saj from Sales and Atique from the implementation team for their outstanding support throughout our onboarding and implementation process. I had a tight 7 day deadline to transition from ProScript to Titan, and what would typically take two weeks was completed in under 7 days. Atique was incredibly helpful from day one. He was hands on from the installation stage, guiding us through every step and providing assistance as we transitioned into using Titan. Over the first four weeks, his calls ensured we didn't encounter any major roadblocks, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We didn’t experience any issues on our go-live day, which was a huge relief, and it speaks volumes about the quality of the implementation process. The implementation team was always easy to contact and ready to assist with any challenges. On top of that, we received consistent weekly check-ins to ensure we were on track and everything was running smoothly. Every issue we raised was resolved quickly and efficiently, and the level of customer service provided exceeded all expectations. Thanks again to Atique and the team for their support.

Introducing Titan to our pharmacy was a huge step as we have been with one PMR for the last 35 years. From day one Nas made the whole process so much easier. She guided us through hardware requirements, explained the process, walked us through the basics of dispensing via live link, setup each PC remotely and was there to support us right up until we went live. On the go-live day, she was onsite with us, patiently answering every question, repeating training where needed, and making sure every member of staff felt confident. We took this step to have her knowledge site to make sure everyone could ask questions and get upto speed with the dispensing.

Her knowledge of Titan is outstanding, and the way she explains and demonstrates things makes it simple to understand, even though there’s so much to take in. Thanks to her support, what could have been a stressful transition felt smooth and manageable.

Our trainer was Nas who was really helpful and I understood the basics after just a short period of time. She also made sure everyone was confident before she let us work independently.

I had a training morning with Naz from Titan. She helped set up our system 12 months ago, and was very impressive that she was able to introduce her self to everyone and remembered the names of all my fellow colleagues that she had met a year ago.
I had several issues that I wanted training on and we went through them all and a lot more. We would touch on one of my queries and then Naz would expand my point with related training, and then as we discussed these additional topics, so it opened up other areas which she was able to train me on.
Her knowledge was fantastic and her ability to train and demonstrate was also excellent.
She was good at challenging me and getting me to face my comfort zone. Naz was challenging, quietly assertive, but excellent at her job. I learnt so much and I appreciate her patience.

Had a day re training on titan with nas , she was absolutely fabulous as always , learnt lots of new ways to use titan , 100% recommended

Extra training provided and support from Nas for a team member - as good as ever. Nas really helps break things down for less experiences or less confident titan users. Nas and titan as a whole is revolutionary and I could not be happier regarding the choice I made re Titan PMR.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nas throughout our implementation process. She has been a joy to work with 😊! She's always helpful and patient and really knows her way around Titan.

I was locked out of my TITAN account and wasn't expecting it to be unlocked until the next day however Naz unlocked it the same day and i was able to work without any delays. We have had our Titan install today which was done by the lovely Ashley. The training she provided was fantastic spending time with each colleague and even organising some virtual training for colleagues who were not working on the day. The Titan system itself is unbelievably good! Simple, easy to navigate and track progress of prescriptions - It is a game changer for our Dispensary and will enable us to improve the efficiency.
