Utterly incompetent
It has been three weeks since I raised an issue in a direct reply to communication from Titan Pops.
I have not even had a courtesy reply let alone got the item I paid for.

Please can you provide us with more information in order to track down your communication - do you have an order number/name as your post doesn't have any of this?
We respond to every communication and would want to ensure everyone receives their item and I am unaware of anyone not receiving their package.
All items are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked so all our items are traceable if they become lost, with items insured and refunded if needs be.

Brilliant customer service!
Was in search for a shrek funko pop (apparently they are hard to come by!) And they had exactly what I was looking for!
Ordering was being funny on my side, so I messaged them and they got back very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted. Got a message through today saying they had received my order and that it would be shipped today!
Cannot thank/ recommend them enough! Will definitely be ordering from them again:)

Absolutely brilliant service I only bought something that was £5 and they still hand delivered it free of charge I don't know anyone else who offers this. Will definitely be paying the store a visit when I'm next in Stockport.
