Fantastic Glaceon Pop - perfect quality, arrived super quick and was very safely packaged and marked as fragile on the box. My daughters love the robot cards too, so that is always a lovely bonus! Also the personalised messages are a great touch!

Perfect shopping experience - it arrived quickly and wrapped perfectly. I also got a free gift in the form of funko protectors and a hand written note!! will definitely order again :)

This store is absolutely brilliant and the customer service is second to none!

I bought some items which were really big (and a proper bargain) so at first the website wouldn’t let me check out. I went on the web chat service built into the website and whoever was manning the chat sorted it out instantly!

On their website it said that if a courier was cheaper than Royal Mail, they would use that and refund the difference, which I thought was very fair.

The person on web chat reached out to confirm they were looking into this and in the end, the store hand delivered the items personally, at a time that suited me! And they refunded me a big chuck of the postage cost as a result.

And bless them, the people who came to drop off my order were so lovely. It was hammering it down here this morning but they were still super cheerful and pleasant.

I will 100% be shopping here again I think. :) That kind of amazing service deserves a bit of loyalty, so next time I’m looking for a pop, I will be checking here first without question.

Received my three items all in very good condition, safely and securely packaged (two Sodas, one Pop!)! Very pleased with my two Sodas! I particularly wanted the regular of one of them (which I did receive!), and I got the welcome surprise of the chase variant of the other! The Pop was one that I have wanted for a long time and was available for a decent price, considering that it is a rare item! Very satisfied with my order! Based on this first experience of purchasing from them, I would recommend Titan Pops!
