I was at a gig at Blackstone Warehouse in Liverpool tonight. Becky a Titan security guard, who was standing in front of the front row.
Was amazing, the crowd surges at the gig, she dealt with immediately, and helped straight away to a few of us on the front row. The venue was mad busy, but Becky and other Titan security, went above and beyond to make us all feel safe. Titan also gave out water to anyone that needed it, and they gave it out regularly.
This was my first Kneecap gig, and wasn’t expecting it to be so passionate and busy. Becky and Titan security, ensured we had a safe night. Whilst we watched Kneecap and enjoyed their music.
Thank you Becky for always making sure everyone was ok throughout the gig. My daughter and myself, along with many others, appreciate everything you did.

I had an incredibly upsetting experience with Titan Security while attending Bongo’s Bingo in Liverpool with a large group for my birthday, including two wheelchair users. Their staff’s behaviour was aggressive, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional.

From the moment we arrived, the Titan security guards showed no regard for accessibility needs. Both wheelchair users in my party were made to queue in a long line with no help or support. One of their guards refused entry to two guests over their smart clothing (combat trousers and branded shorts), while allowing others in football-style gear to enter freely.

Once inside, things got even worse. A Titan guard told my aunty — who is disabled — to get out of her wheelchair or leave. TEN security guards surrounded us in an intimidating manner. No alternative seating or support was offered, and her wheelchair was folded and placed against a fire exit — the same exit they had claimed she was blocking.

When I asked the guard for his badge ID, he argued with me and only allowed a photo after I insisted and had my phone out ready. He did not willingly offer it as claimed later by their team. The whole situation was hostile and humiliating for us and our disabled guests.

The Titan team then proceeded to twist the facts in follow-up communication, denying what was clearly caught on CCTV and witnessed by others. I've now reported this to Trading Standards and will also be escalating the issue to the SIA, as I believe the conduct of the guards breaches basic standards of equality, professionalism, and safety.

Titan Security should not be providing public-facing services if this is how they treat vulnerable guests. I would strongly advise any venue to reconsider working with them.

The team at Titans, are extremely customer focused, knowledgeable and efficient. Absolutely fantastic company!
