Such a scam
Such a scam. They kept sending me alerts months after the dealing (my own dealing) but there was no change to the title information. When they send an alert they give you a link to do the title search which is much more expensive than the land search by Land Data.

Extremely overpriced for what is offered. Charging 4–5 times more than other providers for the same service is simply not justified. I would not recommend.

I made my request on a weekend. Title Check were rapid in response to the title search request. A matter of minutes, not hours or days. Very much a rare experience nowadays. Thank you.

Price is a rip off
They charged $80 for a certificate of title when you can get it from the official government website for only $8 (search landata on google)

I looked at their price and thought "that's a bit high for a Certificate of Title", so I went searching.
Other options offered, insisted that I needed the add-ons. Others recommended Insurance Cover, for the unknown future and I thought "really, I just want a basic Certificate of Title without the extra offers". So yes, I came back to Title Check and I don't regret my choice
