Horrible experice.. Using since 24 th september 2022.no withdrwals. Cust support will only forward ur request. It takes a lot of time to resolve problems. Feeling stuck. Earned a lot but they r giving on 5000 to 10000 in 2 to 3 days.

Horrible Costumer Service and bad Withdrawal Limit.

When I first created an account in this website everything went well. I deposited enough money to be qualified as vip member. However, the live support told me that a vip representative will contact me shortly. It’s been a month since they told me that no one responded. After talking to them seven times no one show up and contacted me.

One bad thing about this website that the customer support uses bad language sometimes. When I ask them a question their response is very slow and when they respond they uses bad language and short text to respond to my questions.

One of many bad experiences with this website is the withdrawal limit. They tells you that there is no deposit limit and I am welcome to deposit as much as possible. They recommend me to withdraw 0.1-0.5 btc. When it comes to withdrawal they told me I am not allowed to withdraw more than 0.0001 btc per request. Is this fair? Sounds like a scam to be honest.
