My Story… I started in travel and leisure at the age of 17 in my hometown of Mirfield and have stayed in the industry for the past 32 years working as a travel agent, for a UK Coach Holiday company and most recently for a UK Hotel Group and having had the pleasure of travelling to some of most wonderful places in the world, I pride myself in having over 30 years’ experience of some destinations both in the UK and abroad. I haven’t visited everywhere….but they are on my list! I am now a homeworker for Tivoli Travel who are based in Mirfield Town Centre, they are an Independent Travel Agency with over 100 years’ experience as a whole with all the staff. They are attached to the Global Travel Group/TTNG who have been established over 20 years. I can book any of the following:  Short Stays & City Breaks  Accommodation only including Hotels, Luxury Villas and Apartments  Weddings and Honeymoons  Hen Do’s & Stag Parties  Golf Breaks & Sports Packages including Motorsport  Retreats  Adventure Travel  Ocean/River Cruises  Safari’s  UK, European & Worldwide Tours  Singles Holidays  LGBT Holidays  Tailor Made European & Long Haul Holidays  UK Breaks including Theatre and Gift Experiences  Airport Hotels/Parking and Lounge Passes  Sun, Sea and Sand Holidays to anywhere My main aim is to put client satisfaction at the heart of everything I do, not just to organise your holiday but to create an experience. A world class service from start to…

A world class service from start to finish.Lisa takes a lot of the stressful work from holiday booking away from you so you can concentrate on getting your own personal things right, she even reminds you of the finer points from travel requirements to the all important “don’t forget” items. I have booked numerous holidays now over a good number of years with Lisa and have never been disappointed.Her service and attention to detail is exceptional,look forward to the next booking! takes all the stress away from booking your holiday

I am so happy i chose to book my holiday through Lisa, It was so simple to book and took out all the time and stress out of the booking process, we had an amazing stay in disney land Paris it was everything we asked for and it was so much easier having Lisa check in for us, send us our boarding passes ect, and even booked our airport parking and fast passes, Her knowledge and attention to detail of every part of the booking process was fantastic and i couldn't recommend Lisa more, I have already booked a second holiday and its a game changer, no stress at all and she found us the perfect holiday again!

Outstanding Service

I can’t thank Lisa enough for all her help. From start to finish she has been professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has always taken the time to answer questions and keep me updated throughout the process.
