I ordered 2 Chomp Saw Cardboard Cutters as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren on 11 September 2025.
I had not received them by 2 October so I emailed and was told they were having tracking problems. I emailed again on 18 October and received an apology. I emailed on 24th October, 1st November and 14th November but received no replies. This is obviously a scam website.
Total scam! Waited 2 months, received 1 email saying it was on its way, sent 8 emails to them and now link says company not available!!! Wouldn’t have given 1 star if possible to write review without it
Item didn’t arrive after weeks of waiting, wouldn’t respond to emails. Had to contact my bank to get my refund, do the same if your item never arrived like mine did. Absolute joke

I also ordered a cardboard cutting saw - should have arrived between 4th -8th September. Emailed and told has definitely been shipped - 2 more emails later and no reply. Definitely a scam
I ordered a Chomp Saw Cardboard Cutter from this website on Sept 10th, and a month later I still haven't received it. Furthermore, sales support is suspiciously vague about where it is. I now believe it isn't coming, and that I've been scammed.
The online order page claimed the order was shipped by FedEx standard delivery on Sept 14th, but I never received any tracking information. I emailed support on Sept 27th about it. I was told that they ship in 1-3 days, and delivery takes 5-8 days after that. They said my package was on its way, but didn't provide me with any tracking info with which to verify this. I emailed them again on Oct 7th for a tracking number, and on Oct 9th for a refund, and have not yet received any response to these.
