Best option out there!

I use tix because it is practical and the prices are better than any competitor. I always recommend this website to friends and families!

I booked the ticket and did not receive an email as confirmation.
I find it very fishy.
I tried to call the number did it not work.
Something is wrong

Smooth transition but it takes while them to send you over the flight ticket to your email. This can should be improved by Tix.nl

we booked a travel to istanbul, all ok, but Tix used our credit card data for stealing money

we booked a travel to istanbul ; on 03.04.2023 for 510 euro (over and back) / all was ok , no problem at all.
We paid with : transferwise bank creditcard over internet; and also all ok.

but 1 month later without any mail or event; tix.nl took 54.99 eur from our account on 04.04.2023 .
We send reclamation to tix.nl , but no reply up to now (27.05.2023
We send also reclamation to Transferwise bank, and 2 days later, the 54.99 were back on our account . (so on our account: firste - 54.99 , later + 54.99) //
Transferwise bank, send us a msg that they would make reclamation by visa credit card.

Now , more incredible: transferwise has removed the +54.99 from our bank account and even the msg.
We have send reclamation again to transferwise bank, but no reply until now ????

How is this all possible ; For sure Tix.nl use our credit card data for taking illigally money from our account , but why Transferwise has removed all data, concerning this transfer is for us unclear and no way to work like that ????

Restrictive viewing tickets sold

They said they don’t sell restrictive viewing seats but I beg to differ .
Wish i could add a photo
Customer service is a sham as they passed me off to Ticketmaster to enquire about getting the lottery tickets using a companion card. They don’t want to know about helping people with a disability. Stay away
