Reliable source of concert tickets!

Ticket was legitimate and delivered promptly before actual concert. Payment was smooth and easy too, will not hesitate to come back for more tickets in the future.

I bought Deadline Blackpink in SG concert ticket through TixBite, and the whole experience turned out really smooth!

At first, I was honestly quite nervous because it was a resale ticket, and I wasn’t sure if it would be legit. I even emailed and DMed the TixBite team asking, “What happens if the ticket gets rejected at the gate?” They replied and reassured me that if the ticket was void, I just needed to take a video of the entry attempt as proof, and they’d help resolve it. So we recorded everything just in case. But in the end, we got in with no issues!

That gave me a lot of peace of mind. While thankfully we didn’t need the backup plan, I really appreciated that they had a process in place in case something went wrong.

If I could suggest one thing: it would be even better if, instead of just a refund, they could offer a replacement ticket if a scam ever happens. But overall, this was a great experience.

If I ever need to buy a resale ticket again, I’d definitely go with TixBite over other sites. They’re trusted, responsive, and gave me the confidence to enjoy the show without stress 💖

I used tixbite’s service for almost ALL of concerts I have been to, such as Taylor Swift in SG and Coldplay in KL, SG, and BKK. They also helped me to get tickets for NCT Dream The Dream Show 3 in SG and in Jakarta. Recently, I used their service again for KAION in Jakarta and I finally got the ticket I am aiming for🥹 They are always so accommodating and I have never found a ticketing service as reliable as they are!

Smooth transaction. Try to get the ticket few days ahead since it take some time to verify. Will definitely be back if can't get a ticket on release. Got me worried when the website is down before few days of the event. Luckily it came back up in a day or two.

First time buying from TixBite, I wasn't sure about what to expect. My initial pair of tickets went through verification and everything they were confirmed and it was fine for a few days, but suddenly just hours before the concert around midnight the seller of my initial tickets backed out. TixBite's support team reached out to me quickly, and I expressed my thoughts saying that it was unfair to me and my friend who I wanted to bring along with me for the seller to just cancel the sale of tickets just hours before the show. Support team, once again, responded very quickly and offered my friend and I replacement tickets for the show. I accepted the tickets, and my friend and I attended the show without any issues. Thank you once again TixBite for the speedy responses and offering the replacement tickets!

2nd time purchasing from Tixbite. There were some issues with the originally issued ticket and the support agent quickly called me to get a replacement one that was closer to the stage. Love it!

Super duper skeptical with tixbite at first as i thought it might just be another reseller ticket… but i just prayed for the best. Turns out it’s actually reliable and i managed to go inside the concert without any issue. Great experience 5/5 would consider buying ticket here in the future.

I bought a ticket for Seventeen’s concert that was only $10 more expensive than the original price so I was sceptical if it was real or not at first. However, I was really glad that the ticket was real and I managed to watch the concert!! It was not only cheap but also super worth it. TY TIXBITE

I was very desperate to go for seventeen concert in SG. Thanks to tixbite for granting me the chance. I was very skeptical cos the price is too low compared to the original cost. But because i saw reviews stating this site is reliable hence i decided to go for it. The ticket verification process took around 1day which makes the whole thing very nervewrecking especially when the concert is happening next day.. But most importantly i was able to enter the venue and have one of a lifetime experience.

Purchased an expensive overseas concert ticket. Bought flights, accommodation etc. The next morning woke up to a message from Tixbite saying the ticket was no longer available.
They refunded me $50 less than what I paid for the ticket. Response received from Tixbite "Unfortunately, we are not liable for any other expenses incurred.
For this $50 difference, this conversion issue happens with forex which is beyond our control".
So if you want to lose $50 overnight, use tixbite.
