Man you guys need a better system
Man you guys need a better system! Original holder sent tickets via Tixel, used them to get in. Support ghosted me while I was trying to get to the show. Told other seller I didn't need her ticket, then she sent it via email (not Tixel) AFTER the show started. Don't expect me to pay $160 for this disaster. Fix your system!
