Refunded Mistake on Ticket Purchase

I accidentally purchased tickets for a show on the wrong date. Sent a message for assistance and they got back to me within 15 min to help refund my purchase. Was happy with the quick service and their understanding of the situation.

Fast, helpful support

I‘m kinda new to using Tixr and had never transferred tickets before. The friend I was transferring to had no experience with the app at all and couldn’t get the tickets on her end.

I put in a request for support a few days before the show and worried I wouldn’t hear back in time.

I was delighted to get a response within a few hours and have it contain easily understood steps to complete the task.

I had an issue with my concert tickets being sent to an email that was no longer active. I emailed and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours when I thought it could take days. Awesome customer service.

Helped during hard time

My grandmother passed away 3 days before I had a festival I had tickets for. I reached out to the artists team about the possibility of a refund and hadn’t heard back, so I forwarded my request to the Tixr team. They were very responsive, and helped me sort out everything so that I was able to get my money back. They really help provide relief in such a hard time for my family and were so wonderful to communicate with.

Lost tickets FOUND - professional CS

I can’t say enough about the level of customer service I experienced. From start to finish, the response time was incredibly quick, and every reply was professional while still feeling personable. Was removed from event waitlists before…

Was removed from event waitlists before the drawing for the waitlists even occurred. They offered no help and just passed the buck to the venue support. They also kept changing the reasons I was removed from the waitlist, obviously just trying to get rid of my issue without actually doing anything.

When you joined the waitlists, you selected an expiration date during checkout. Once that date passed, your requests were automatically removed by the system. That setting can be adjusted anytime before expiration. Note that Tixr is the ticketing platform used by the event organizer, but the organizer sets up fulfillment policies, refunds, and how ticketing options are configured.

Our team responded promptly to your multiple follow-ups on September 18, including an escalation to a support manager to ensure your concerns were fully addressed. While we’re unable to restore expired waitlist requests, we remain available for future Tixr account or order-related concerns.
